The room was clean and the staff was great with any questions we had.
Pros. The room was clean.
Cons. The door to the room wouldn’t consistently lock. Additionally, there were repeated problems with the keycards demagnetizing. No breakfast despite advertisements (although perhaps the hotel was overwhelmed from COVID requirements). The hotel was loud well into late night. There was broken glass throughout the parking lot, indicating break-ins might be a problem.
Pros. Super comfortable bed. Clean room. Great bargain!

This hotel is wonderful if what you want is very clean rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and linens, wonderful staff, free airport shuttle, ample access to a computer with printer - all this, and probably more that I am forgetting - at a really great price! A special shout-out to the Front Office Manager Tim Martinez who is really excellent at his job! If I come come back this way again, I'll be definitely staying here again.

Pros. It was convenient to the VA Hospital and the airport. I always stsy here when overnight lodging is needed before or after a flght. Bed was comfortable and room spacious and clean.
Cons. My top sheet was threadbare and i could feel the uneven floor that creaked and moaned when the walked on it. A few upgrades would improve my rating. Upgrade the bedding and fix the flooring. Perhaps new carpet and baseboards. An added value and convenience for little would be to install USB outlets throughout especially at the desk and nightstand

Cons. They advertised a small gym but there was none at all. Their smoke free rooms are upstairs to their smoking rooms and they smell of smoke. Couldn't sleep there. Left for a different hotel. Staff was understanding.
Pros. Friendly , helpful, courteous staff. Good breakfast, kept food full .. Very good variety. Nice, comfortable .. Construction going on but did not interfere with our stay. Visited with our long time friends in lobby and nice visit.
Cons. Lobby couch a little dated but they are in the works of improving and upgrading.
Pros. Bed and linens were comfortable, room was fine. Nothing fancy, but well-equipped. Breakfast had real cooked eggs and sausage (and I think a waffle machine, but I didn't look too closely), not just the all-carb except hard boiled eggs breakfast you get at similarly priced hotels. Front desk was fine. It was a quick airport stay for me, and was everything I needed with no complaints.
Cons. I personally don't like all styrofoam and paper products at breakfast, no real mugs, so you can't heat up your milk to go in your coffee, but I realize that's a personal preference. Next time I'll bring my own mug and it will be fine. And the clock and lamp on one side of the bed seemed to be unplugged, but I didn't have time to deal with it and didn't need them. These are small things in an overall good economy hotel. Not fancy or terribly up-to-date, but very functional, clean and solid.
