6.0 Good
Pros: convenient location to business in Berkeley and Oakland areas and easy on/off I-880 to get to airport. Staff was friendly. Large rooms and baths. Nice amenities.
Cons: Gritty neighborhood that is trying to transition to be more upscale but it is hard to navigate, there's a lot of trash around and in the water. My room's view was of a forlorn half-sunk sailboat and a wall of graffiti.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious, waterfront, transportation amenities
Cons: Hotel needs to keep shoreline free of debri
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Police take over the lobby area. Breakfast could be better organized.
7.7 Good
Pros: I liked the views of the water. The gym was cool. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was lovely. Parking was easy.
Cons: There was a very weird smell to the rooms. I went into my first room and asked to be moved and then upon entrance into second room on opposite side I realized they all smell lol. Weird we paid more for the best western over the executive suites their sister property but the sister property actually had the pool and hot tub and bar so had to walk over there. Still very close though. Someone had left a jacket in the closet and I guess the maids missed it. Pricey.

6.0 Good
Pros: The fact that it has a wonderful breakfast and is close to the Bay Breeze race area.
Cons: The front desk employees were not as friendly as previous visits and the room was not as clean and fresh smelling as previous visits. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel and when we mentioned this the fellow at the front desk just said," oh."
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is located next to the water with a park, walking, and biking trails it is a lovely location for families. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices.

8.7 Excellent (1,783 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located at the foot of the San Francisco Bay Bridge near Oakland and Berkeley, California, the Hyatt House Emeryville is within 5 miles of the University of California Berkeley. Enjoy the beautiful view over the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge. Convenient walking distance to the Bay Street Emeryville Mall and multiple BART stations.
6.5 Good
Pros: Rooms are great, liked the full kitchen and living room area.
Cons: Wish I would have know there was all sorts of construction going on in the building. It changed the way they operated their breakfast and the noise was something I could have done without in the mornings.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The only complaint that I have is, if someone deserves a room with certain requests for example: Room with Queen & sofabed At check in that request should be available for the reserved. Customers should not be told that there are limited rooms with those particular requests. Once those limits have been reached then it shouldn't be an option for others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We visit our son who goes to UC Berkeley now we have discovered this great place just minutes away from campus. The location is close to great food , trader Joe's etc. Staff is friendly, parking is reasonable and the Breakfast is a full breakfast. We will definitely choose this place in future.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Decent breakfast. Nice updated, modern furnishings.
Cons: The hotel sits next to the train station. So if you're a light sleeper you may want to book a room on the opposite side of the building.

The 276 room landmark Claremont Club and Spa, a Fairmont Hotel is situated on 22 landscaped acres in Berkeley with panoramic views overlooking the San Francisco Bay. It is known as one of the most iconic structures in the city of Berkeley and a prestigious regional destination resort. It is also considered to be one of the most prestigious Tennis and Social Clubs in the city of Berkeley. Named among the 10 best spas of its kind in the country by Vogue, Elle, and Shape magazines, Spa Claremont provides all the serenity and services you need to relax, rejuvenate and unwind. With three distinct restaurants, the Claremont offers you a choice of foods, spirits and surroundings to suit your mood and your palate.
7.0 Good
Pros: The Sunday buffet at the Meritage was very good. The lap swimming in the pools and 3 free hours of childcare included in the resort fee was also very nice and an unexpected bonus.
Cons: Ridiculously overpriced for what it was. $26 resort fee and $30 valet fee on top of over $200/night for a tiny old room that wouldn't even pass muster at a Best Western? The room was awful - outdated, small, old, musty and generally uncomfortable. Noisy from the hallway, the bed was saggy, the comforter stained and 2 adults plus a baby in a crib were way too many to fit in a tiny standard room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very good. Room service excellent and the pools were great.
Cons: I asked for a taxi to take me to SFO. Instead of a taxi, they had reserved a sedan which was more expensive than a taxi. I thought it was a little bit cheesy. I'm sure that some people want to drive to the airport in a fancier car but they should specify. I asked for a taxi, not a town car.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The look of the hotel
Cons: The check in staff
6.6 Good
Pros: Location - close to everything including freeways. Facilities were excellent -- pool, exercise room, etc.
Cons: They treated me like a second class citizen because I booked not directly through them. Promised me a fridge and I had to find a facilities guy who didn't talk to the front desk to get one. Told me there was a free breakfast buffet, but then it wasn't free.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our oasis on the hill! The Claremont is a special place and I return there whenever I can; the location is central yet private and the staff is friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. Each staff member, from the housekeeping staff to the manager, smiles and greets guests and is not only ready, but willing, to make your stay enjoyable. When there was an issue at check-in with the room assigned. Frank Flynn quickly and apologetically gave us another room with no question. In chatting with Fracesco (I'm sure I have not spelled his name correctly-my apologies!) in the lobby, we told him we were headed into the city the next day; he not only cautioned us about traffic and crowds in the Golden Gate Park area due to a concert, he recommended alternative areas to visit-and when he saw us a couple of days later, he asked how our trip went! A special shout-out also to Mohammad and Zachary who took care of us for breakfast in the Meritage restaurant-their service standards and guest treatment should be the envy of fine dining establishments everywhere. They made the start of our days happy and pleasant and really made an impact of the pleasure of staying at the Claremont!
Cons: The charm of an old beauty like the Claremont is also sometimes what makes you miss some things you might find in a newer hotel; the HVAC system can be unreliable and loud, the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, etc. But having noted that, the graciousness of the wide hallways and high ceilings easily make you overlook those modern facility differences!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location. Grand old building which has been well maintained. It had been some years since I last stayed there and the place seemed in better shape than it was.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice pool, spa and exercise facilities. My kids had a blast at the pool - it was nicely heated and they enjoyed it despite the cooler February weather.
Cons: Our room was below one of the hotel's restaurants. 6am on a sunday morning and isn't a great time to be woken up to the sounds of tables and chairs being moved. It's an old hotel so it's pretty loud. When I checked out they gave me a bit of a discount and said that when we checked in that the front desk should have warned us that our room was loud... they really just shouldn't rent out the rooms or if they do charge less.... but they'd rather put guests in a position where they have to complain to get a discount. Even with the discount if was an expensive weekend that wasn't as restful as you'd expect for the money.
6.0 Good
Pros: Loved the look of the place from the outside..altho you quickly feel like an inconvenience being shuffled out of the way. The hotel is rich with history and has very nice decor..the room was big, with a big bathroom.
Cons: The trexk to the room was ridiculous, having to take two elevators and very long walks on different levels while carrying your things. The room floor needed vacuumed, you could feel stuff on the carpet. After we checked in, we left to go get dinner and you can't get out of the gate without a special card given at the front desk. Well guess what- oh, and it cost $30 for this parking privilege.
7.1 Good
Cons: Rooms need updating bathrooms are old. They are nice but old and doesnt match the common spaces in the lobby
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was great.
Cons: When we checked in room wasn't ready but they did have an upgrade queen to king for $35 per night more. They charge $30 per day to park. If you want to take a guest to the pool they charge $30 per day per person. All the up charges made it rather expensive. The Meritage restaurant was not open. Only place to eat was small and not very good. It is an OLD hotel built in 1918 but upgraded. Rooms are small. The elevator permit was 6 months overdue.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Stay was great wished new more about it before we got there to enjoy the facilities
Cons: Food prices were a little high

Recently remodeled accommodations Spacious guestrooms and suitesLocated centrally to the Bay AreaTop rated Oakland HotelFriendly and professional staffBreathtaking water views of the Brooklyn BasinGreat value with complimentary amenities
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was pleasant and the shuttle service was a nice convenience.
Cons: Initial room assigned was already occupied. Hallways had an unpleasant odor. Building, rooms and furnishings all seemed in need of updating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A safe spot in oakland
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The atmosphere felt comfortable and safe.
Cons: No complaints at all.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great experience! Hotel was clean and well-kept. Rooms were very comfortable. Rooms facing the water were extremely quiet at night. A relief after staying at other hotels in Oakland with lots of street noise. Also a delight to look out at the water in the morning. Beds and desks were comfortable. Staff was generally very helpful.
Cons: A couple times staff were curt, seemed irritated at doing their jobs. Also, they changed their shuttle service to only pick up and drop off at four locations, instead of anywhere within a three mile radius. The shuttle was still extremely helpful, and this wasn't that big of a deal, but it should have been properly advertised on their website ahead of time.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, Breakfast buffet, room
Cons: Check in process : Brittany did not communicate very well and it resulted in some misunderstandings about our reserved room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING! The customer service was outstanding, the rooms were large and very clean. Awesome location (it's worth the extra $ to have a water view room). I liked that they offer a free shuttle to Jack London Square. Parking at this hotel is FREE (unlike some other hotels nearby). The pool and bar is really nice, too.
Cons: There wasn't anything I disliked about this hotel. I will definitely stay if I'm in the area again.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The check-in folks were friendly.
Cons: Your description of having rooms on the bay side or a 'view of the city' was very deceiving. The view of the city was a view of interstate 880, and was incredibly noisy since you're located right on the edge of the interstate. It was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in, and there was no way to get any sleep. The rugs were not clean, and the plumbing in the room was poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was AMAZING. They bent over backwards to help me. They had free shuttle service to Downtown Oakland! Place was clean with delicious, free breakfast. Hands down, though, it was staff that made this place excellent!
Cons: Nothing. I will stay here again. Best hotel in Oakland!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Pool area was too noisy our room was located right above it.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for Raiders fans. airport shuttle. Great staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always get king suites with Hampton Inn, and have yet to be disappointed. This particular suite seemed a little bigger than average. Perhaps it was the floor plan.
6.8 Good
Pros: I think that the staff was bright and really sweet. Lots of praise for them. Though it’s literally next to where planes take off, I heard incredibly little. I was dumbfounded and impressed. The key card worked every time.
Cons: The (king size) bed felt institutional; firm and soft and creaky and wrong. The air conditioner was whisper quiet which I found annoying because it left the room so quiet any thing was noise. Even the paddles in the ac unit clicking back and forth with no pattern - if that’s even what it was. The room next door seemed louder than they probably were but it was next to the headboard so I didn’t have a lot of choice. Except get the sleep I can, poor as it may be/very much was. I would maybe return if there was a nicer bed option, I’d just bring my own fan which is fine by me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in. Clean and spacious rooms. Accommodations
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location. Felt safe, close to airport, and also close to the bay.
Cons: The roads around were a little confusing.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The best beds ever! Always clean and comfortable.

Pros: The room, facilities, and staff are great.
Cons: Breakfast could use some work. It was okay, considering there is no kitchen on site. But it wasn't even good catered hot food.
6.0 Good
Pros: The neighborhood. Excellent restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. Awesomely diverse.
Cons: Older hotel. Could use an update but still no problem. You are downtown so it is a little noisy and there are homeless people around. But....this is what Berkeley is so don't be surprised.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Berkeley? This hotel features 2400 square feet (223 square meters) of event facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The view of San Francisco was really nice from our room. That's the only plus I can talk about this place.
Cons: Everything else. For a 3 star hotel at a premium price, it was disappointing. While the beds seemed clean, they squeaked and creaked like they were from 20+ years old. The rugs where filthy looking with stains. And don't try using the advertised pool, where you first have to sign up for an available time slot and enforced to swim laps only. The breakfast, well, if you like bagels and cereal it'll do, but overall disappointing location. Absolutely would never stay here again.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Character, old world, charming. It has a good vibe. Restaurant upstairs is excellent with good selection of wine. Walking distance to Berkeley shops and other really good restaurants.
Cons: The rooms were a wee bit small but comfortable. This is a very old building and built as a place of safe stay for women. There is parking but adds 20 bucks a day to your stay -not unusual.

7.1 Good
Pros: Like that it's close to oracle arena and bart system. Staff during day time was super nice and helpful. Thanks Jordan, John, and Jose the driver was great.
Cons: Didn't like that there was no continental breakfast for us. The restaurant is nice but pricey. Literally there isn't any shops around hotel. You have to take the bart to get anywhere. Good for in and out business but nothing else.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The place seemed clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I booked my room over 2 months in advance. 2 king sized beds for one night. At check in, I was not told that I had been bumped to a single king bed. I came back after visiting the room and they said they were over booked and had no other doubles available. They tried to pass it off as nothing and they gave me a rollaway bed and promised $25 credit. Upon check out, I was told I could not receive my credit because I booked through a third party, Kayak and that there was nothing they could do. I was completely ripped off. After a conversation with the manager, I was given $25 to their suite shop. I will never stay here again. Poorly run facility with employees that do not know their own policies.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the fact that the hotel was closed to everything that we needed from restaurants, bars and drugstores. The hotel staff were very friendly from the valet attendant to the front desk. Our flight got delayed and they were able to accommodate our check-in time.
Cons: We understand that parking is an issued around the city but we thought it was expensive for the hotel to charge $45 for valet parking and there are a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn't walk around the city by yourself at night.
4.8 Okay
Cons: The valet parking service was too expensive and too slow.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and almost everyone was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and we had a fantastic view of San Francisco/Oakland from our room.
Cons: I think all hotels should include parking and internet in the fees. I think it's misleading to say the price of the hotel, but then add charges for parking and internet - these things should be included for all hotels and part of the standard rate. This is a pet peeve I have and I don't like when hotels don't include this in the regular rate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room was extremely small compared the price if the room.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Es war sauber.
Cons: Der Preis war unverschämt. Die Lage so lala und eher laut. Parken und Frühstück teuer.

Cons: I was incredibly disappointed I'd made a reservation and when I'd arrived they did not have a room for me because they were overbooked. I arrived at midnight that night because I had a late flight in. They did not attempt to contact me to let me know. They paid for me to stay at another Courtyard Marriott that was 45 min away, which created additional challenges for me because it was 60 min in rush hour to my business meeting the next day. I was incredibly disappointed with their practice of overbooking.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Water and apples at the lobby. And the free shuttle to airport ect.
Cons: Street side room was noise with traffic noise.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. Friendly and helpful
Cons: Didn't like that we had to wait for the shuttle to get us to the airport. Wasn't really their fault as teh taxi they arranged to take us at 4:15AM didn't show up
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good value hotel
Cons: WiFi service was very bad. In five days we never could get an stable connection for more than 20 minutes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was near OAK, so it was convenient to check in after having been through a long flight. The front desk agent was friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good stay.
Cons: It would have been better if there was a container of hot water or coffee at all times in the lobby area.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The only thing that frustrated me was the lack of information about facilities and services. The staff member who checked me in gave very little detail about how things worked because there was a line of people waiting to check in. For example, I didn't know that the shuttle was only available at certain times and that I had to sign up for a time. I didn't know the hours of the cafe, etc. It would be helpful if all of this basic information was given out on a sheet of paper at check in so that I didn't have to keep calling the front desk to figure things out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: How clean and comfortable it was it felt brand new
Cons: Nothing
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Loved the peace and quiet. Didn't have to go far for food. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The sheets weren't fully clean ughh.. Had to have housekeeping change the sheets.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very organized and welcoming.

8.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the room which they attempted to resolve immediately. It was also nice to have a decent size room with a separate sitting and sleeping area after having been in a room for about the same price across the bay that was a third the size. It was also 2 blocks from the Fireside which is a bar that one of my friends opened. That was the only reason I was staying in Alameda at all ;-)
Cons: The pancakes were pretty lousy (Sam liked the waffles though). The air conditioning would not shut off in the room and we had to have someone come and fix it. They were super helpful though and offered us another room.

6.8 Good
Pros: Reasonable price and easy access to the airport. Trendy areas are a 20 min uber ride away.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The location of this hotel is worse than Kabul. Don't bring your children here. Spend $20 more and stay ANY place else. Ask for a room with no windows because you won't want to look outside.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: clean fast, convenient shuttles caring staff affordable close to BART and OAK airport
5.1 Okay
Pros: The best part of this hotel was the daytime shuttle driver. Everything else fell below expectations. We had booked a room with two queen beds and got a King suite instead. The morning manager insisted that I had booked the King suite until I showed her my printed confirmation that showed two queen room. No apology from her, just that they were booked up and couldn't fix the problem. When I asked if the queen sofa bed was made up, she assured me it was. After a long day in San Francisco, we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the Bart Station. The night manager was not helpful when we asked where to stand to wait--just that the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and finally had to get a cab. When I asked the night manager where the shuttle was, he insisted that it was there and picked up two clients ( not us). He never said he was sorry about us having to pay for a cab. Then, the sofa bed had NOT been made up. Night manager brought up sheets and said that we would have to make up the bed ourselves because there was no one else to do it. Again, no apology. If you like paying over $200 a night for terrible customer service, this hotel is for you.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast could use some improvements. Food was cold and beverages were cold.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They suggested an amazing Mexican restaurant. They let me run back up to the room after we had checked out. I had left my favorite ring on the nightstand. It was also reasonably price. It was only an uber xl lift or BART ride away from San Francisco. Well located so we didn't have to spend $400 for a one hotel room for one night in San Francisco.
Cons: The beds were way too firm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was surprizingly good. Rooms excellent. We used the laundry, which was also good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked that the hotel is close to the coliseum BART station and we like that you are also pretty close to a Walmart shopping center. We also liked that it was near the O.co Colisium and an Arena! It's a pretty nice hotel overall, except the street it is on is kinda sketch. Definitely not a street I would be on at midnight.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I knew it was not needed. However, the hotel and priceline refused to cancel the reservation and charged me the full amount even though I did not use the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Since my son started attending Berkeley two years ago, I only stay at the Hotel Shattuck when visiting him. Thus far, I've stayed at there six times. I have NEVER been disappointed in the accommodations. Admittedly, some reviewers complain about the price. But, hey, considering the location, accommodations, staff, and amenities, I'm not going to complain.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Rooms were fine. Hotel was clean.
Cons: Reception and bar service awful. Card keys did not work. A/C stopped working. Small, crowded lobby. Shattuck area is not inviting.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and vast room, everything working as it should.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location. Front desk service was horrible. Room Service was worst. Terrible food. Had a hair in it. Oatmeal was lumpy
Cons: Service was way off.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Every staff member I encountered was smiling and went out of their way to say hello, open doors, offer to help, etc. Very impressive!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked everything about this place. My room was very stylish, and it came with all the usual amenities. The room was smaller, so I'm not sure if I would be happy there if I had to share the space with someone else. I don't know if all the rooms are that size, or if I just got a small room because I was by myself. For just me, it was the perfect size. The AC works well, which I've come to learn isn't a given at many "upscale" hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is right in the center of everything in Berkeley, so there are plenty of restaurants, drugstores, cafes, etc. within walking distance. It is conveniently located next to the downtown Berkeley BART station. I didn't have a car, so I didn't need to deal with parking, but I imagine it's not easy or cheap. The restaurant has really good food. There is plenty of seating in the lobby/bar area to meet with people to discuss business or have a couple drinks. I just really liked it here.
Cons: They focus so much on helping each customer as much as possible, that several of us stood waiting at the check in desk for a really long time while one obnoxious customer waxed poetic about all the things he wanted to do while he was in Berkeley. They need to be more conscious of calling for help when a line starts to form.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed here several times over the last few years; I had a flawless, enjoyable experience each time. This last trip they even held some rather bulky packages / equipment which had arrived a week early for work, without question. The staff is always friendly, rooms are immaculately clean, and the location (right across Allston from the Downtown Berkeley BART, a block off Berkeley's campus, and close to several good dining experiences) is excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located in downtown Berkeley, across the street from the BART station and a couple blocks from the Cal campus. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice accommodations and this was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I never heard a single sound outside of my room.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small but still very nice and comfortable.

Cons: The bilinds were not fully functional. Minor maintenance. That's all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room set up. Good desk and chair for a business traveler. Like the coffee in the lobby now as well.
Cons: Sad you have done away with glassware in the room. I think of motels as having paper cups and nice hotels provide glasses. I enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and don't like it in a paper cup. You have also dropped the level of amenities provided in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very modern and clean which is a big plus for me, especially with children. I loved that it was so close to the Bay bridge and minutes away from SF. Staff was friendly and the overall location was nice and close to the water.
Cons: n/a
6.3 Good
Pros: Easy highway access, decent size room and good response to problems.
Cons: We didn't like being charges 15 a day for parking and that the common areas were unkept even in the early mornings, ie overflowing garbage cans, ashtrays and glasses left from the night before on the patio area.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I like the bathrooms and set up of room
Cons: The kids that were unsupervised scattered through building The noisiness The front staff
7.1 Good
Pros: I had a room
Cons: I requested an early check-in by e-mail. I received a text saying I could check in at 2pm. Staff told me check in is at 3pm, period. Did not even check to see if rooms were available.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is easy
Cons: Mattress was terrible woke up several times and eventually had a bad back in the morning. The room looks like the cheapest remodeling from the 80's.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Easy highway access and good response to requests.
Cons: We had booked three rooms for a family business trip. One room had a cracked sink, two rooms had ill fitting front doors which let so much light under the door as a light was left on. One room had drapery that had holes in it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The View and breakfast were great
Cons: Elevator was dinging all night....and yes being so close to the elevator probably didn't help, but that is something that they should be able to mute for individual floors as needed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked through this site New Years Eve evening. Most hotels were full or costly. But we found this great deal at a great price. It over look the San Francisco bay, where we watched the fireworks at midnight. The night manager was very accommodating to our needs, especially with parking. To find a reasonable price room at a good hotel like the Hilton, I will recommend to everyone to use this site.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. We were greeted warmly by the front desk. Our room was comfortable. Though we only stayed for one day, we were glad to have chosen this hotel.
Cons: The water temp for the shower took awhile to get warm. Also, the tub water didn't drain properly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is spacious with view and amenity look friendly.
Cons: Internet connection is slow. Car parking is expensive.
