Close to the freeway off ramp
I was impressed! The front desk staff was kind and thoughtful. The parking lots had good lighting. I loved the little kitchenette. It was modern, quiet, and clean. Just what I was hoping for. I will stay at Suburban Extended Stays from now on!
The wifi network , in the first day it wasn't working
It was in a convenient location and the price was reasonable
The internet did not work. The bathtub had mold in the caulking around the tub. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
It was centrally located and easy to get around the city. Oh yea, and the price was very good.
There were people above us that were noisy after midnight, like until 2:30am for 3 nights. We told the staff and the next night it was quiet.
Location and price were great.
Few amenities, room serviced only after staying 7 days, smoke free was NOT smoke free, saggy mattresses and bare necessities.
Close to where I was working, love having a kitchen, it was quiet - set back from the freeway and a major thoroughfare
KIND OF OLD...CABINETS AND FURNITURE.
We liked the location close to I-25 and I-40 as we were driving cross country.
Breakfast was not included, but the kitchenette enabled us to cook what we wanted when we wanted.
NOTHING AWFUL STAY!!!!WASTE OF MONEY TIME
Rude staff dirty room no coffee in room called office for coffee was told there was none lie alarm clock rang at 130 am so I couldn't go back to sleep was up at 2 am made for a long day had to put a $100 deposit on top of room charge heard dogs barking
we were in town for the Balloon Fiesta. Hotel was in great location for all the activities we planned.
When we arrived our room had an odor (we brought a room deodorant),the odor ended. On the 2nd day we saw tiny bugs on the walls near the kitchen. We called the front desk and they had someone at our room before we hung up the phone. They sprayed something
It was close to where I needed to be
Outdoor access. No security. Outdated, small rooms. Not super clean. Staff was not helpful. No extra amenities.
It was very conveniently located to the art show I was participating in and also to stores for supplies I needed.
No, for the price, this was excellent.
It had what we needed for an extended stay--refrigerator, stove microwave. There was a tall counter and stools for eating and prep work.
The carpets were stained and did not appear clean.
The bedding was horrible, it smelled bad and I believe it was actually the mattress that held the odor.
The hotel was 15 minutes away from everywhere I needed to go. Wal mart across the street. The staff was friendly, and I had private stay. No weirdos hanging around the property.
It was not the best we have ever stayed at but not the worst either.
Location was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Very quiet.
Room was a little small, coffee pot was in room but we had to go to front desk to get coffee for it; no hair dryers in room nor at the front desk. Definitely no frills or extras, just a room; parking was limited

It's exactly what you pay for.
Carpet was filthy. No notice that I needed to bring my own pot and pan.
arrived at 2:00p.. was told our rooms would be ready by 2:30p check was at 3:00p .. we didnt get checked in til 3:40p .. the male receptionist was rude and hung no slammed phone in my face when asked about checking in rooms smelt like paint AC didnt work!
The room smelled like cat pee and looked dirty!
Convenient, Large room, Nice staff,
was able to park close to the room door
no complimentary breakfast
Was not happy
Everything was bad
The drug selling
I liked NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. EXTEMELY DIRTY ROOMS WITH DIRTY LINNEN AND DIRTY BLANKETS. THE CARPET WAS GROSS.This hotel even charges you .50 cents for a packet of coffee, what a joke. This is NOT two star hotel, RATHER IT IS A ONE HALF STAR AT BEST.
Everything i said above were the good qualities. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD QUALITIY TO THI RAT HOLE.
I enjoyed the staff at the front desk.
The room was not very clean. I cleaned it before I put my stuff away. Did not look like it had been swept and the drawers were not cleaned out. The tub was gross.
It smelled like dog, carpet was dirty and pillow had hair
Hotel employee, she is the general manager does not know the meaning of customer service. She was Unbelievably rude. She would not let me finish asking a question before she interrupted me with answers that had nothing to with my senten
Room has a nice kitchen set up
That it took some one a hour to come to the door it was cold and late and the desk person wasn't there to let us check in
A lot of amenities
Stains on carpet, cable was not working one night

The price was right. I would have been very disappointed to spend more than $--- for this room given the thin walls. It was nice to have a kitchenette.
The floors were not very clean and the walls are EXTREMELY thin. Expect to hear all footsteps above you, the TV next door, and loud showers from everyone around. This includes some sort of loud vibration in the walls from the showers.
The management and staff were FANTASTIC! Thanks so much!
Our room was real dirty with used tissue on the kitchen floor, used floss next to the TV, cobwebs on walls, and dirty walls. There were also cockroaches on the bathroom floor. The tiles in restroom were uneven and my husband kept stubbing his toe.
It had a refrigerator
Room was dirty and old. Very outdated furniture including TV and bedding. Parking lot was very trashy and people loitering.
When I left the hotel.
It was dirty and smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. I complained to the front staff and after they came to inspect the room, the allowed a change. It was the worst hotel experience ever!!
inexpensive, good location
Worn and well used tho bed was new. Not as clean as it could be
The only thing I liked was the location.
They did not meet my needs for my family, did not have continental breakfast, and customerservice was poor.
I liked the location as it was close to shopping and dining facilities.
The bathtub had hair in it and appeared not to have been cleaned after the last guest left. The mattress and pillows on the bed were way to soft.
It was located close to the freeway and centrally located to a number of areas within Albuquerque.
Given a smoking room without notification. Flatware and plates were dirty. No screen on windows so there were flies in the room. Finally found a roach on the bed as I was packing to leave. Neighbors were truly extended stay...they had a BBQ & house plants
The free WiFi was easy to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The onsite laundry was reasonably priced.
The carpet was dirty. I had to keep my socks on so my feet would not get dirty. The room needed to be updated. The arm of the upholstered chair was ripped. The vanity and door to the bathroom had water damage.
Generally nice staff.
Old and outdated, definitely in need of remodeling/updates. No pool. Carpet was dirty (turned our bare feet black) & bathroom floor was sticky. We were shocked to hear housekeeping services are only available once a week.TV never worked either.
