The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very attentive. The restaurant in the hotel is first rate. Good food. I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.
The pillows the soap the location. All of these were excellent
Pros. Although expensive, breakfast was outstanding. The beds are super comfy. The location in Alexandria is outstanding as you can walk everywhere. The decor in the restaurant was beautiful.
Cons. Coffee available for hotel guests as we were sent around the corner to Starbucks. Car valet service is a luxury but not when you have to wait around every time you need to use your car. Moving garbage through the main elevator left the stench of trash and this was a surprise for an upscale establishment.
Pros. bed was very cozy
Cons. no fridge
Pros. Nice facilities. Good Pet-Friendly rooms. Courteous staff. Close to water and the waterfront walk. Convenient to other amenities by walking.
Cons. Bit warm in my room, but it was very cold outside.
