Accommodation was good, and excellently located for the airport bus and the tram system. Walk to seafront about 15 minutes, plenty of shops and restaurants on the way there. The bottle of mineral water and tea bags/coffee sachets was a nice touch.
The stairs between the downstairs room and the bedroom in our room (number 1) were rather steep and could be a potential problem for some people.
Good localisation, 10 minutes to the sea, close to Central Mercado, shops, bars. Antonio is very kind owner.

The staff were very helpful and the guesthouse was very clean
It was in the red light area as there was a huge sex shop next door.
The owner, Antonio Gonzalez, was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate. We were supplied with fresh bottle water, bath robes, tea and coffee making facilities a map of the area. It was wonderful.
