Pros: The place for those who want to relax and enjoy the nature! An amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle of Toronto and it's just 1,5h drive from Downtown. The hosts are so friendly and really provide a high quality service. Btw, the dog Mansfield is adorable:)
Cons: Not suitable for toddlers, the stair is too steep. The road is in front of the house, low traffic but still keep an eye on your kids if they are outside. Any sightseeing or entertainment nearby requires driving, no walking distance.
Pros: Hanging out in the kitchen was like being entertained by old acquaintances.
Pros: Martin was a wonderful host who spoiled us with a delicious breakfast and pointed us in the direction of many local sights we would have never found without him! He has been all over the world and has many interesting stories to share. His little dog Mansfield was very friendly and provided much entertainment. Our room was very cosy and quiet, we slept like babies (despite our stomachs being overful from a delicious dinner at Mrs. Mitchell’s Restaurant, yum!). The tales by Beatrix Potter on the bookshelf took us back to our childhoods. We would very much recommend this BnB, it was one of the best ones we stayed in during all our travels!
Pros: He was so nice and i really love his breakfast. When we arrived at the first, he gave us hot tea. The room was very clean and design was great.
Cons: It was a little bit cold
Pros: Great host. Have been going to Foxingham for 3 years. Highly recommend this B & B.
Pros: Martin & Shalani were very friendly and chatty. The breakfast was very tasty and filling. Mansfield (dog) was so cute and friendly.
Pros: Very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful with any questions we had, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, took excellent care of us.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: Host is amazing, personable, accommodating and very interesting.
Pros: The couple hosting us were extra hospitable and accommodating. This BnB is very beautiful, inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! We were more than pleased with our stay!
Pros: the breakfast was really good . The owners are really nice people and helpful

Pros: Beautiful home, Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, friendly owner/hostess, 15 min from Hockley Valley Resort.
Pros: Rosemary is amazing, the property is top notch
Cons: We had to sleep with the windows open to let cooler air to get in and the blinds required the windows to be closed to be able to function properly. This reduced the privacy and it was too bright in the morning
Pros: Excellent attention to furnishings
Cons: Had to leave.
Pros: The home and property were very beautiful and the bedroom/bathroom were nicely decorated and clean. The host offered some snacks from her fridge when we were hungry, and invited us for a glass of wine after dinner.
Cons: The breakfast was strange. There wasn't enough food for the whole table - we had to go out for breakfast after. The host talked way too much, not giving the other guests a chance to get to know each other, she interrupted other people and told long stories that people were not interested in. It was very awkward!
Pros: Rosemarie is the most lovely host I have ever met. While some may find the location a bit remote, I loved being in the quiet country. It is close to urban centres but far enough that it is quiet and “away” from the business of every day life. One thing to keep in mind is you MUST like dogs. Thor, Ben snd Star were the best canines ever and they certainly add to the appeal. This, for me, was part of the charm. I will be back soon.
Cons: There is nothing I would change
Pros: Lovely gourmet breakfast with personalized touches.
Cons: Must be comfortable with big dogs greeting you.
Pros: The Owner is fabulous, I felt like I was at home.....if I lived in a beautiful house on 25 acres of land . I will definitely return !
Pros: Quiet and beautiful grounds. Great dogs and Rosemarie is a gracious and super friendly host.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like...
Pros: Beautiful location , excellent rooms and foremost Rosemarie and Megan were absolutely lovely, helpful and a font of information . I would definitely go back.
Pros: Beautiful home out in the country with lovely acreage for exploring the countryside. Very friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Large communal room with TV and bar.
Cons: Owners dogs have the run of the house and property, not a great situation if you bring a pet and they don’t get along. We were going to stay longer but this situation caused us to cut short our visit.
Located in King, 20 Bells Lake Bed & Breakfast is a 3-minute drive from Nobleton Lakes Golf Club and 9 minutes from Cold Creek Conservation Area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: great place for family stay. really feel as stay in own home. Property owner Mr. Ramond is very helpful gentlemen. recommended to any one who willing to stay countryside, away from busiest cities.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and my daughter had a separate room. Breakfast was great.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Pros: Host was great. Breakfasts were terrific. Room was comfortable.
Pros: I really liked that Ramon was very accommodating to my guest that stayed with me the night before my wedding. I informed him that my guest was vegan and he went out if his way to provide a vegan breakfast for her. Sadly, she was under the weather, and was unable to enjoy the entire meal. She did say that what she could eat was delicious! Ramon was also kind enough to check on me periodically while I was having hair/makeup done the day of the wedding. He provided us with the perfect setting to get the best lighting for this. I forgot to mention the night before my wedding, I arrived a little earlier than my guest and he kept me company playing a game "Banagrams", lots of fun, a bit of a challenge, and of course, he WON! Thanks again Ramon, your service and hospitality is impeccable!!!
Pros: The host was welcoming and friendly; location is close to Kleinburg. Nice large sitting-room. Breakfast was nice, coffee good.
Cons: Both rooms were at the back of a walk-out basement; one bedroom has no windows to the outside; the other room only two small windows from where you can only see the sky (one which could not open, and the other would not close). Tablecloth of breakfast table had crumbs from a previous stay - was not clean.
Pros: Host was so lovely and helpful, gave us the most wonderful cooked breakfast in the morning. Great facilities and perfect for our trip
Pros: We love the place we had a double room for three of us and a great bathroom a great sitting room and a wonderful breakfast. The proprietor was a doll!
Pros: Ramon was so very friendly and hospitable. He was totally on top of everyone's diet restrictions, and made us delicious crepes and banana muffins in the morning. The place is well-decorated, and the grounds are serene. I spent some time outside relaxing in the evening, and was serenaded by cows!
Pros: Great Breakfast.
Located in Essa, Stevenson Farms B&B - Harvest Spa is within a 15-minute drive of Lake Huron and Nottawasaga Inn Resort Golf Club. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We loved the ambience -- very tranquil, but with lots of history embedded into the place. The yard, with the gazebo and the hammocks were great. And Julia, the person in charge when we were there, was so warm, helpful and friendly.
Pros: I found the property exactly as advertised. The person that greeted me was very friendly and informative. She took the time to give me a tour and explained the history of the farm house and the family inspite of my late arrival.
Pros: Breakfasts were great!
Cons: The room was small. The shower temperature was hard to control
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: No wifi in our room
Pros: This place is a delight!
Pros: This is a stylish old farmhouse and the hosts are keeping it as it looked decades ago. You get a nice feeling of traveling in time (but everything works and is perfectly maintained). The house is located in farmlands, within a charming part of Ontario. Hosts are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is made on the spot (e.g., fresh french bread) with home made jams, maple syrup.
Pros: Breakfast...very disappointing,no fresh fruit/juices available.No coffee ready til 0745??? Cereals/bread selection poor.No Fresh baked items.
Cons: As above. showers were really bad,no volume of water. Plastic glass in room....glass water pitcher/glass is more ecofriendly and appealing.
Pros: The history of the old farm house was very interesting.
Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay!! So charming and cozy. The staff were kind and helpful. We will be definitely be coming back for another weekend and perhaps have a facial. Warm regards Michelle and Peter Dopson
Cons: Everything was wonderful
Pros: Very quiet and friendly people to make you feel at home. The breakfasts were very good.
Cons: The taps in the bathroom. You had to hold them on for the water and with arthritic hands it was very hard to do. Also the tub was hard to step into but that is also a fault of arthritis. The tub and basin are old.......as they should be. It is a heritage home.

Pros: We had the choice of two rooms because we were early. We chose the more spacious room 112. The room was basic, the two windows allowed for plenty sunlight and the size of the room for more comfort. The man at the desk was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The room is on the ground floor so cars drove by right next to one of the windows. It wasn't very busy, so it wasn't that bad. It was a Saturday night so there was a few people above having a sort of get together in the room above. Up until that the motel was very quiet.
Cons: The friendliness of owners. Free Wifi and Parking .
Pros: Owner Was super helpful, So was everyone else, They could sell us something for higher price, but they did not.
Cons: NOthing I can think of
Cons: The bed was too hard and pillows filled with lead (they were so uncomfortable). Also the distance was twice as long as I was told when asked about distance to Burl’s Creek.
Pros: Owners very nice and helpful. Room clean, large and comfortable. Close to Borden where family lives. Already planning next stay at Borden Inn and Suites
Pros: Clean owners were fantastic. Very accommodating. For a fee we upgraded to a two bedroom and kitchenette that suited us more appropriately. Very reasonable
Cons: Needs updating
Pros: Hotel room with that was set up like a small apartment that was furnished looked amazing and allowed us to be able to smoke in our smoking unit. Very peaceful and well worth the money I’ve spent more at other hotels that didn’t give me the kind of comfort we got here.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints whatsoever
Pros: Even though tehre was no breakfast included, we were able to make our own with all the necessary kitchen tools together!
Cons: no breakfast
Pros: The staff (owner/manager and wife) were so lovely! Very kind and helpful....we forgot our HDMI cable and he provided one for us right away. Also, we used the bbq, which was very clean, but the tank was empty...he changed it immediately! The room was a bit small, but extremely clean. They have larger rooms, which we will request next time. We brought our bull mastiff with us, who was welcomed, but I was not aware of an additional $15 charge per night for a pet. This was due to a missed email, so that was on me. Location was central...we attended a wedding in Alliston and was still only a 15 min drive. Cute little town, would definitely recommend Borden Inn & Suites to anyone staying in the area!
Cons: We would request a larger room next time, as ours was a bit small. Also, 2 extra pillows would have been better!
Pros: We spent two nights at this location loved it customer service was great and this spot will definitely be where we go again
Cons: Not much to say everything was close by and convenient

Pros: Location was so good and surrounded by so many stores that will make your trip very easy and convenient. Must visit place and owner was very friendly as was the motel.
Pros: I liked the sunny pool, fridge, microwave and the comfortable beds as well as being near a Chinese restaurant.
Cons: The pool was nice but it wasn't heated like they advertised and I didn't notice any Jacuzzi or spa like they advertised.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Cons: The staff did not seem overly friendly.
Pros: Too far from wasaga beach.
Cons: Nice, clean.
Cons: Beds were horrible !!
Pros: I stayed there as my son was graduating from a course at CFB Borden. The restaurant CHUCKS is across the street. There is a breakfast place a few minutes south of the Motel. I didn't realize there was a nice pool at the back of the Motel. There was plenty of hot water for the shower in the morning.
Cons: Just from a water conservation point...there isn't a limited spray for the shower.
Pros: The motel was very clean when we arrived and staff was friendly. Good experience for 1 night stay while needed accommodations in between road trip.
Pros: Very clean room and great staff.
Cons: Ground floor rooms were taken by long term renters. There were parties by the pool every night only to wake up and view dozens of beer bottles laying about. The room had one nice comfortable bed and one was extremely hard felt like laying on plywood. .
Pros: Location was great. No highway noise.
Pros: Clean, good value, accommodating staff, outdoor pool

Pros: Staff was very nice
Cons: No amenities and room was musty
Cons: The office this is being operated out of the close restaurant. Apparently there was a fire in the office and they have no idea when it will be repaired the room was clean but everything is very dated and the bed was hard
Cons: Website offers, pool, jacuzzi, sauna AND restaurant! I arrived, none of these were available!! Not even mentioned on website property would be under renovations! I arrived with NO transportation. I had no means (besides cab) to eat, have a coffee etc... Not impressed.
Pros: no breakfast
Cons: bed really comfy
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: washroom was falling apart, Dresser missing a drawer (Daughjter in laws room)
Cons: The bathroom ceiling had a significant amount of mildew
Pros: Your pool was under renovations was was ur hot tub and it’s not on the web site making everyone pay extra for something they can’t use
Cons: Not being informed a head of time about the pool and hot tub on a long weekend
Cons: Absolutely was not worth 200 a night. It was a motel on the ground floor, no phone service in the area, the curtains didn’t even close so there wasn’t any privacy. Would not go back
Pros: The proximity to the event we were attending
Cons: The bed felt damp
Pros: I enjoy rural areas.
Cons: Their pool was closed.
