Pros (+) Very clean. Well-organised. Convenient to public transportation. Great value. Quiet rooms. Grocery store next door if needed.
Cons (-) Minor point, but no convenience items (paper, pencil/pen, laundry bag, lotion, etc.) in the room. Only blackout curtains, so no way to have privacy during the day from the office building across the street without shutting out all sunlight from the room. Some sheer curtains would be nice. Some scrambled eggs at the buffet breakfast would be a nice addition.
