The staff was super helpful
Alatm went on in the night, No ingormation given.
I liked the location of hotel, room size and cleanliness
I didn't like treatment at reception. Parking lot was outside hotel and no one showed us, then we got stuck in parking lot as we didn't know how to exit. Also, when we tried to call hotel from number provided by booking, we couldn't access hotel even in the number provided in website of hotel. When I filtered for hotel, I chose hotel with parking however, it did not show pricing detail before booking then we have to pay 40EUR nightly. Also, when we check-in, I showed booking receipt that we paid city tax, they didn't accept. When we left hotel, I couldn't get receipt with company tax number though I provided it.
It was good food and the room was clean.
The fire alarm went off middle of the night and the staff handled it very bad.
Right in the city center, NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market, formerly known as NH Carlton Amsterdam, is within a short walk to Amsterdam’s main attractions. It overlooks the famous floating Flower Market and is steps away from the Kalverstraat shopping area. You will find Rembrandt Square and other major sites within walking distance as well. Take the tram at Rembrandtplein or Rokin to Amsterdam Centraal train station, giving you easy access to the rest of the city. NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market is set in a traditional Amsterdam building, originally constructed in 1926 for the Olympic Games. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and finished with traditional décor. Each one is soundproof and features new mattresses and hairdryers, satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi. Rooms on the top 3 floors have balconies and overlook the lively Munt Square and Munttoren (Mint Tower). Some connecting rooms are available. A freshly prepared breakfast spread is served daily, including fresh juices and coffees, and Ter Marsch & Co Amsterdam on the ground floor serve burgers daily from 11.00 am. There's also a gym onsite to help you stay in shape.
