Pros. We liked the staff especially they were friendly helpful and always willing to assist. In future this is our goto hotel in Amsterdam
Cons. There is nothing we did not like. An observation though was that the smokers made a,mess of the entrance with their butts. Not a fault of the hotel but maybe you can set up a dedicated smoking area away from the entrance
Cons. The staff treats you as a burden. I felt really unwelcome there and I hope they are replaced by robots soon! The rooms are nice and clean.
Pros. Very clean and comfortable. A good value for money. Location is the only downfall but tram stations are close and downtown Amsterdam in a 20 minute team ride
Cons. Location lacked. Not many restaurants or shops around. Not a good place if you're looking to go out at night, trams close early and the only way back is through bus or Uber. Maybe a Best Western night bus would be worth the investment.
