Cons. Low life gang member type clients
Pros. Only encountered the fro t desk at check out as we arrived adter ther office hours. Fro t desk girl was very kind and helpful. Nothing else was good about the place
Cons. Major overhaul of the rooms is what is needed and not done on a nonexistant budget. The room was filthy, beds canoed, pillows were folded up worn out matress covers stuffed a zip pillow case. Ants covered the bath tub and door did not lock.
Pros. Affordable and conveniently located within walking distance to Disneyland.
Cons. Rundown, but for the low cost, what do you expect? Had the weird smell, like they're trying to cover something up and a broken-down look.
Pros. They take American money lol
Cons. Really rude manager. Dirty—very very dirty. I felt like I had bugs on me. Shady people who park their cars there. A hostel would have been better.
Pros. Great customer service, helped us on the phone when we needed assistance after hours.
Cons. Older, tight parking spots, no blow dryer
Pros. Close to Disneyland, with a safe and short walk to shuttle pick up. Free parking and Wi-Fi were nice touches.
Cons. The room seemed to be dirty, and the staff wasn't very caring. Lobby sign said it opened at 7am, but no one was there to open it until well after 7:30. There was 1 towel in the room and it was like pulling teeth to get any more.
Pros. Staff was helpful in getting a different room when first room wasn't ready yet
Cons. Hotel is old and a bit run down.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. The moment we walked in the front desk lady started telling us about a mouse infestation and laughs as if it's funny. The room itself was pretty gross. I never saw any mice either, but it is never a good feeling to be told about an infestation as your checking in.
Pros. nothing
Cons. What a Dump, the parking was horrible, not enough spaces to park for the amount of rooms. I get in my room and one of the first things i do as always was flush the toilet, nothing in it mind you and i walk away to unpack and i hear the toilet over flowing, i shut the water valve off go down stairs and tell the front desk, yeah damn foreigners don't care takes him 15 mins to come up he brings towels and a plunger, throws the towels on the floor no mopping up just push the towels around, and says to me leave them til the room is clean tomorrow, i tell him to take them out now. the ceiling in the shower all the paint is hanging off peeling away, i could go on but no point.
Pros. The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk from the trams to the Disneyland Resort. The staff was great. It was totally worth the price. We went for the Disney avenger half and all of us were without a vehicle, so this hotel was in the perfect location for just that!
Cons. Lacked a do not disturb sign, so room service came and went whenever. Nothing was stolen or missing so we were ok with it.
