Very clean environment, classy atmosphere, affordable, and good vibes from the staff.
Convenience of airport every hour. We had a 3 am pick up that was no problem. Driver was very helpfil. Desk person at check in was very friendly and helpful.
Dirt in corners of bathroom. Everything else was excellent.
Price and location
Easy to get a room last minute
Mold on the ceiling in bathroom, no fan in bathroom, room smelled funny, didn't feel clean overall.
Staff were friendly and helpful, esp. Jamal at front desk.
toilet too low chair too small house clean did our room late one day (5pm) and miss it another day.
Location and price are the reasons we booked the hotel. I had stayed in Theo e pro past and it was aha s fine was not expecting anything fancy.k
Staff were curt and disinterested. People running around the halls drinking, swearing, knocking on doors and yelling until 2am! We called the for the desk but what can a middle, raged woman do with young people running wild. Room was clean enough but I brought a comforter because the one provided was dirty looking.
We really liked the location.
Phone didn't work, room was hot, some amenities were missing, condom on the ground in front of the main door as we walked in.
Close to downtown- a short walk/bistro was a very good place to eat/rooms were spacious
Very rude front desk staff and not accommodating at all. This was only one person but it reflected very poorly on the hotel staff. This was the only negative part of our entire stay- BUT IT WAS A BIG NEGATIVE
the staff were nice and attempted to be helpful. Plenty of space in room.
Bed including matress and linens were not comfortable. Room was warm. Location was noisy.
Location, airport&railway shuttle. Laundry room. Friendliness of staff.
I liked the view of the high floor.
The bathroom didn't have exhaustion to air and the smell was terrible. The mattresses were awful and I woke up every day with pain in my back. They have a little convenient kitchen but no accessories, so I couldn't use that at all.
Location and the airport shuttle
The bed was not comfortable. There was no wifi. The toilette was sized for a child. The room could use some updating and the dining facility closed to early.
The price compared to others in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating..
Our room (213) was atrocious. There was a broken window. We could not put down the window blinds because they would have blocked the air conditioner which was needed to make the stuffy room tolerable. Our room was not clean - we found an empty soda bottle on the floor near the window and a bag of trash under the sink. The instructional decal was missing from our shower so we had no idea how to operate the shower. All in all a very poor experience and a bad introduction to our "trip of a lifetime" to Alaska.
Large room. Great windows. Mini-fridge. Friendly staff
The wifi was terrible. I could not get connected despite numerous attempts. I did not have this trouble at the airport at all. There I was connected immediately. Shower not working correctly.
It was clean.
It was further from downtown than I had thought. But that was not bad. It was only a few blocks further. It was very noisy because you could hear the plumbing running from other units and in general there was not much buffering for noise from other rooms.
The restaurant and Bar.
Inexpensive and convenient.
This place was definitely out dated. Also, when we checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied! In talking with another guest in the lobby, this had happened to him too! Totally unacceptable...
Room had a microwave and fridge, Free wi-fi, Airport shuttle, Bar in lobby seemed OK, fairly close to downtown.
Definitely an older place that could use a little renovation, slow elevator, old (small) TV, had some issues with the front desk staff where they messed up my reservation information and then blamed me for the mess up - this was very frustrating and pretty much ruined the whole stay there.
