Dirty Carpet, worn out facilities. Whole place is old and worn out, Outrageous costs for what you get. Staff was fine.
Pros (+) I thought the staff was really good and the location was great.
Cons (-) There were stains on the floor of my room that people may not like. The rest of the room was good though. It isn't super modern of a room.
Pros (+) I like the separated visit area and the sleeping area
Cons (-) The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was some kind of stain near the door.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) The hotel smelled, ice was only in the fourth floor. To make it worse there were no cups in the room. Non at all.
Pros (+) Super comfortable, but not too soft bed. Air-conditioning! Anchorage suffering through a heat wave & most houses do not have air-con. Accessable to many downtown activities, although it was too hot- we stayed in for the weekend with take-away.
Cons (-) As I told the staff upon checkout, please consider the extra expense that it would take to install toilet seat covers/lids & do not place the guests towels directly over the "otherwise open" toilet. It could not be too much for the added piece of mind for those spending their vacation (& our Anniversary) in your establishment.
Pros (+) We booked a room here because it was listed as pet friendly. We paid and our reservation was confirmed. When we checked in we were told that thefe was an additional fee of 50.00 per night for our dog. This practically doubled the cost for us. We were fortunately able to cancel with a full refund and found another hotel - microtel - that was a little more pet friendly. They charged 10.00 per nite e...
Cons (-) Unexpected fee

Pros (+) I really enjoyed the room and it was a good price
Pros (+) Room was clean and nice.
Cons (-) Didn't have hot water all weekend. Front desk made excuses as to why there was no hot water. Not the front desks fault for no hot water but didn't bother to try and make the situation any better either.
Pros (+) Everything worked well. Comfy bed
Cons (-) My room (134) had a lot of noise from L street.
