Cons (-) Hornets in window sill, bug in salad, door left open by cleaning service and after a week of staying there and all the nonsense listed above allow a late check out by one hour. After discussing with management the issues above, no formal apology or compensation offered. Stay elsewhere! There is a holiday inn 50 feet away.

Cons (-) We arrived on a Thursday and stayed 3 nights. The second night, Friday, we were awaken by a fire alarm at 2:45am. We dressed and headed out into the hall where we met other guests returning from the lobby. THEY informed us that it was a false alarm. No one from the hotel EVER spoke with us about the incident.
