Pros: Rooms, bed very comfortable, great check in and concierge service. Location was perfect
Cons: Pool area was closed due to convention set up this also included the outdoor dining area for breakfast.
Beach service was lacking compared to the rest of property
Pros: Great service, better than usually expected in Europe.
Cons: Some rooms need updating. Hallways need to be refreshed, cleaned. Old building.
The chic Majestic Barriere is set on La Croisette waterfront, in the historic center, and 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants. It’s only 200 meters from the venue where the Cannes Film Festival is held, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. Cannes Train Station can be reached on foot in 9 minutes.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

Cons: That the beach fees was not included in the room price
This Cannes seafront hotel is located a few meters from Palais des Festivals et de Congrès, and the casino, and one block from the famous La Croisette promenade, beaches and Cannes prestigious boutiques.
Pros: The location is great, right in the center of the city, near Place Massena. The studio rooms are large and comfortable. They're well equipped with all that's needed in a kitchen. They're worth the money definitely.
Cons: The boiler was sometimes acting awkward, not heating the water.
Pros: it was in a good location
Cons: the floor was not clean, the beds were not that great
Pros: Location is right on pedestrian street, there is a lady in the building who can do your laundry - very cheap and fast service. Kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: Room was a little cramp and shower not very good.
Pros: The location was excellent. The apartment was good.
Pros: Great location, on a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops, but still quiet. Friendly staff and great value for money. Because these are apartments, you can save yourself a few Euros making your own breakfast and lunch.
Pros: Cental location in pedestrian destination to all major places of interest. Good room size (double studio) with fine organized kitchen. Good performance of air condition. Comfortable bed.
Pros: The appartments were centrally located. The appartments were well equiped. The price was rather low.
Cons: Rooms should be repaired.
Pros: Very much liked the centrality and convenience
Cons: Decor a little depressing
Pros: Our self-catering studio apartment was central yet quiet, with a nearby tram stop and convenient for the airport bus. Its facilities were well thought out, modern, comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. The hotel staff were helpful. It provided a flexible and independent base for our holiday and we were well pleased with it.
Pros: Good location. Good facilities. Good noise isolation. Internet and kitchen at room are great.
Cons: Check was very bad. Nobody responded at our call at entrance at 22 hour. Finally someone who lived there let us in, and we could find where to check in. They say the bell was not working but I do not belive it, I think the man was sleeping, but he helped us realy nice.
The Apart'hotel Ajoupa is located in the center of Nice, in the pedestrian street right next to the Place Masséna, only 3mn walking from the Old City, the sea and the Promenade des Anglais, close to transport as well as restaurants & shops.
All our studios are equipped with a kitchen area, a private bathroom, individual air conditioning and double glazing, TV flat screen, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and an iron. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included. Our team takes care of your satisfaction, as confirmed in most guest surveys on internet.
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
Pros: Wonderful wonderful staff and location location location. The rooms were well appointed and in a style that suited the hotel. The balcony was a great place to get a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were larger then most European hotel rooms and air conditioned which made it very comfortable in the August heat. The public areas and dining rooms were very comfortable and charming. Good business center with easy access.
Cons: The carpet in the halls made it hard to move luggage around and did not fit the period and style of the hotel. Some of the art didn't suit the hotel ambiance. The carpet in our room was very worn and old. The bathroom had chipped sharp tiles and had not been updated which was a little disappointing for the price point. We were also disappointed that no one informed of the beach facilities available.

Cons: We were only at the hotel for a quick overnight stay and didn't arrive until 9:30 pm so we didnt spend a long time in the hotel. Had breakfast in a cafe in the market.
Pros: proximity to local transportation
Cons: size of room was too small even for one person
extremely loud at night
