Although out of Arles this is a charming hotel with excellent staff (English is spoken) and good food. A game of billiards with a few beers in the bar is nice for a change. There is also ample parking available.
The staff was very lovely and friendly. I speak French, so I don't know if they speak English. It was quiet and clean and just outside of Arles in the outskirts. There was a nice pool and a chance to eat outside next to it or have a drink there. The dining room was nice, old stone and many locals eating the good food.
I stayed in one of the bungalows by the pool, which was expectedly noisy. A little like an old-fashioned motel in the US. One thing that I really did not like and is dangerous is that you have to lock yourself into your room with a key at night. If there were a fire, this would be really awful! Also, it is a bit hard to find. I suggest looking at the Hotel's website for directions. The hotel is down a little turn at a traffic light after the roundabout.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times.
Staff very helpful and friendly and restaurant very good. Well sited for exploring countryside and towns.
Hotel staff was very kind and cooperative.
The standard of meals in the restaurant was excellent especially food of the 'terroir' and desserts; value for money too and the quality and price of winelist especially local wines. Poole was great too.
A smell of drains in our bathroom. Also the fan was broken in bathroom. The towel holder was broken too when we arrived but was fixed straight away.
Nice pool, good atmosphere.
Far away from center, further than expected. 30+ minutes to walk if you are fast. There is absolutely no bath or airconditioning in the main building, even though it was promoted like so on the site (seems to have changed since we visited...wierd huh?) We stayed for only two of the planned 10 nites because the rooms were too freaking hot. Didn't cool down at nite while it was outside 20 degrees it was still 30 or plus inside. We moved to Mercure which was great! of course more expensive, but with aico, bath and closer to the city.
Very relaxed with friendly and helpful staff.excellent pool area costantly maintained.bus stop very close for daytime trips to arles.
The were very accomodating when I asked to stay an additional night. Also the second pool by the restaurant is much nicer than the small one in front of the reception area.
The internet connection went down on the last day and following morning, and we had to book a hotel in the next city. No one really showed care when we told 2 different people, they just shrugged it off and said it down't work...
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff
Too far from the centre of Arles, no buses running to hotel after 7pm (or taxis). No towels provided.
