The staff was very pleasant to work with. I like the fact that I was able to get another vehicle instead of the first assigned vehicle that is not trust worthy for long distance traveling.Cons:
Options for vehicles should be considered. Explain how to navigate vehicle before leaving the lot.9.2 Wonderful

The staff at the second location was very friendly, patient and nice.Cons:
Well, the Asheboro location could have at least been OPEN! I rented a car only to get to the location and... surprise! They’re closed on Saturdays. After a very stressful 30 mile trip to the nearest location, I finally got a car and made it back in time. If it wasn’t for the lady at the second location, I would have been screwed.8.4 Very good

They upgraded the car and we did not have to bring the car back full of gas. They were apologetic about the wait and supply issues.Cons:
Small location in hotel. We had a reservation for 12:00 pm, we didn’t leave until 2:30 pm. There were no cars, they had to another location to get one.2.0 Poor

We requested a full size car, wanting it for comfort. We were given a small KIA SUV. The seats were too small and uncomfortable, but the car drove well and was inexpensive on gas. Our luggage fit in the boot wellCons:
It took close to an hour to check in and I had a meeting to get to -I didn't allow enough time. Returning the car was better. The agents were very nice and friendly.7.6 Good

The cars interior was very dirty. Stained seats, filthy windows, and the console was very dirty. I had to clean all the windows inside and out before I could drive the car as I was leaving for my trip in the dark. I also cleaned the console and rear view mirror. The carpet was vacuumed tho...National

I could have been alerted that the rental location where I was supposed to pick up the car closed at 6:00 PM, the same time as my pick-up. There was a fierce thunderstorm over Greensboro at that time, and I arrived at the rental facility at 6:08 to find it locked up tight.
