Pros. We loved the hot tub and the pool. Rooms were very clean. Customer service was great. We will definitely stay there again!
Cons. I would say the only thing that could have been different is if our dead bolt worked. It was broken so safety was so so. Other than that we loved staying there.
Pros. What could have just as easily been a nothing-stay, undertaken solely to avoid driving through the mountain pass during snow, turned out to be a surprising delight. Very warm staff, real care towards my comfort and ability to use the facilities, and the flexibility to accommodate my very late arrival make this a strong, earnest-5-star review.
