Caution for business traveller
Pretty much what you would expect from Double Tree ; excellent -- except .....
Abysmal internet - as a business traveler trying to keep ahead of work ; this was very frustrating
The suite rooms were fantastic. When you have two small children in a hotel room it can quickly feel cramped. Our king bed room was spacious with plenty of room for our kids to play, keep our stuff out of their sight, and allowed for flexible sleeping arrangements! The staff was courteous, friendly, and very patient with my boys.
Our room had two balconies that overlooked the lobby. This was a cool feature, but ultimately meant that we had no outside light. My five year old kept insisting the "sun was up" since he could move the curtains and see the light from the lobby. No bathtub, but not a big deal for one night stay.
Room size and staff was friendly
Inside is aestheticly pleasing but wifi is extra
The staff was very friendly. When we got there, they put us in a room that didn't match he description online. However, when we explained the discrepancies, they quickly changed our room. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly.
I was surprised to learn that wifi was an extra cost. I got a general feeling that the hotel was trying to nickel and dime you more than other lesser star places I've stayed at.
Dirty, dirty, dirty
Dirty from top to bottom, crumbs on the hallway carpet, stains on the room carpet and furniture, lampshades were dented and a mess. TV in room didn't work. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in quite some time
Great find for the price
Everything about this hotel works for me...they were in the process of remodeling but it wasn't noisy at all. I can only imagine what it will look like when it's done. Rooms were very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again
Hotel is very beautiful, The Bartenders were really nice downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and those cookies were awesome!
They don't really check on hotel Guest as much, but that depends if you want to be disturb or not. Gift Shop is horrible
The room was pretty nice. Very spacious.
It was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. The cookies they give you are amazing.
No free wifi
