Pros. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had reserved a double queen suite and when we arrived we were told that they had none available. Apparently two AC units had gone down, forcing some shuffling of guests. Lucky for me, I was traveling with a girl friend and sharing a king bed was not a problem. Other guests were not as amenable to this change.
Cons. Both the common areas of the hotel, and the guest suite itself, were a bit dirty. The rugs clearly had not been vacuumed in sometime. There were crumbs everywhere. There was garbage on the floor in the hotel lobby and nobody seem to brush to clean it up.
