Pros (+) Good location, friendly staff, modern facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Pool area needs a bit sprucing up. Area is lush and green with nice landscaping. This is a rooftop pool and the potted landscaping could use some attention. Also, no towels were available though, we were told there were.

Cons (-) Everything was fine except when we called for the bellhop to pick up our bags and valet to pull up our car the message didn't get passed to the appropriate people and we were half an hour late leaving. We just barely made it to the event we were attending.

Cons (-) Once off the elevator, the hallway leading to the room had a weird smell, as if there wasn't proper ventilation throughout but once inside the room there was no strange smell.

Pros (+) I arrived late, parking easy, check in efficient, room clean and well appointed. Bar tender was smart a efficient. Easy for business travel.

Pros (+) Hotel was beautifully decorated and quiet. Parking was free and the location was perfect. Most.of the staff was attentive and professional.
Cons (-) Communication between front desk staff was lacking. They could also be heard discussing a check in difficulty at the desk that involved my room. This was overheard by my traveling companion (mom).
