Pros. Nothing, they have no idea about costumer service
Cons. The 1rst room has cigarette smell and the 2nd room they gave us was clogged and when I tell to the front desk he’s answer was he can’t do nothing and he gave me a plunger 🪠. So pick up our stuff and go

Pros. Dark spots in tub, fire alarm beeps every 120seconds. Would not move me to a new room. Fix alarm situation with a flipping golf club.....bravo but .....dam.

Pros. There was nothing good about this hotel. Spend a little more and go somewhere else because unless you get a room for $20 here, it will not be worth it.
Cons. Everything. The hallways smelled horrible, I had to barrel down the door just to open it to get in and had to almost rip the hinges to get out of the room, the shower had rusted metal sticking out of wall (may had once held a corner shelf, outlets were about to come out of wall. I can go on and on but I will never be back to this hotel if they gave me free stays for life.
Pros. They wouldn’t let me stay at the hotel although I paid for it... because they were told to look at my Instagram account. I never even got to check in!!! And I asked for a refund, they claimed to have sent the refund but my bank balance shows OTHERWISE! They were disrespectful and it was humiliating

Cons. This hotel is disgusting. The pictures they advertise don't match the realty you get when you arrive. The rooms are nasty. My 4 year old daughter had bug bites all over her legs when she woke up. They don't even have a working elevator so after 4 hours of driving you are expected to carry all your suitecases up 4 flights of stairs in a stairwell that has old tires and trash in it and smells like mold. The breakfast is a couple pieces of bread and bagel with no cream cheese or anything to eat with the bagel. Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Pros. it was pretty clean, and the room is bigger than what the price you will see in other hotel. all over all, it was a very nice stay. I like it.
