Liked the quiet location just a short distance from the busy tourist town of Bad Münstereifel
Restaurant, which is very good, is not open every night for dinner
The dinner, the menu of the month, was excellent and the female waitress was very nice and she also spoke English.
They didn't tell us that the hotel was closed 14-17 every afternoon so we had to wait one hour in the car outside the hotel. We didn't got our room on first floor as we asked for two weeks earlier when we did the booking, so we had to climb upstairs three short and one very long stairs up to the attic with no help to carry our luggage.
We would have liked coffee making facilities in the room.
Bar was shut, had to walk into town about 1 km away
Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared scrammbled eggs. The bed and bathroom were OK, too. . We had a very good dinner. The restaurant was OK. Quality of food was good and staff very friendly anad thoughtful.
The room was under the eaves and had a big slanting roof, which made the room much smaller. And there were a lot of stairs to climb. Apparently, it used to be a mill, but I could not see any traces of that.
