To sum up: Manager Baha is fully committed to ensuring that all visitors receive stellar customer service. He worked out a glitch with our reservation based on the language difference (French and English) -- and we ended up with better accommodations than I'd originally booked! All staff members were friendly from start to finish. And Baha also gave us many friendly and useful tips about how to enjoy our remaining drive along the Saint Lawrence Seaway. A little dirty.

I thought it was a little odd how the sink was outside of the bathroom, but it was more functional that way. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room, although a little dated, was comfortable. I especially liked the big rocking chair in the room. The room was quite warm, and not knowing how to turn down the heat, I preferred not to touch anything since I was told that the air conditioner is tempermental. But overall, we were comfortable.
