Front desk worker extremely rude, yelled at me and told me to get out after I said the room was dirty. Refused a refund, charged my card more than the listing amount, lied to kayak customer service when they called and said he will give a refund which he hasn’t. Cons (-) Checked in at 2:00 am after a long drive from Palm Springs to 8-10 people walking around the property that were shady. They were up all night slamming doors and yelling and the same people were up when we left at 6:30 am. The room was gross with holes in the drapes and stains all over the carpet. Do not waste your time or money..
