Came to find out that they don’t do one way trips and were attempting to charge me $250 fee. Thank goodness for Vic at the San Diego location he was able to understand the situation and dropped the fees.

Friendly staff at the Bakersfield location. HOWEVER, the staff at the SLO airport was not friendly. He was passive aggressive when I forgot to bring in the mileage. He said, "Well, I told you in my voicemail message to bring it in so I didn't have to walk out to get it," which was rude. Customers are people with busy lives, too. Mistakes happen. And it's not such an inconvenience to walk out to the parking lot!

They did not have a car available when I arrived for my scheduled pick up. They did not attempt to help resolve the matter in any way. They treated me as if I was inconveniencing them by asking to speak with a manager, told me that the manager was not available, and refused to give me a contact number. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be using Budget ever again.
Alberto was very friendly and punctual. I had left my car keys somewhere in the car and noticed it when I got back home. I got a call from Priceless they found my keys and will mail them the morning after. I have no words to express my gratitude. I have a gold medal that belonged to my Dad attached to the keys and it is the only thing I keep from him.
Staff in the Stine’s Office were actually pretty helpful in-person! Thanks a lot to “Jackie” who helped us with the pick up and upgraded our vehicle! Thanks to “Gizel” who assisted us when we returned the car! She’s very welcoming and offered Enterprise’s services to clients such as sales and free rides! Keep it up! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At “pick up” the gentleman was very helpful and friendly providing great customer service!He was able to provide me the perfect car for my trip home and answered all of my questions at the time.
Bakersfield is very small. An independent agent handles Avis and Budget. There was no one at the rental counter when we arrived. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to get there. Once they got there the process was easy.
