Great location, easy in and out with parking behind the hotel. Checking in was a hassle because I used a union based website to book. After checking in, it took forever to get a luggage cart which I had to load and unload myself AND return it back to first floor which is weird considering the price you pay. Room service ends early and I was kinda bummed about it since I checked in so late but was told I could order grubhub if I wanted food delivered. When checking out, I called early for a luggage cart and it took an hr to get it but was told 2x it would be up right away. The beds were kinda hard and although I couldn't hear the neighbors I could definitely hear everyone's door slamming all hrs of the day. There is also a train track behind the hotel which goes by not too often but does sound off when its coming towards its destination. Im a light sleeper so these things are important to me but may not be for others. I was on the 8th floor.
Pros. Everything was wonderful.
