10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a lovely stay!! Wish we could have stayed longer!! It was so obvious that Sheryl and Mike throughly enjoy running their B&B and all the guest that stay there. It was so warm and inviting, with candles burning as you walk in and fresh flowers in our bedroom and bathroom. Our breakfast was delightful in a sun filled breakfast room. Homemade scones each morning and a variety of cheeses and fruit to go along with our full Irish breakfast or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Looking forward to our next visit and will definitely stay longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, particularly for those aiming to take part in the dusk kayaking experience at Lough Hyne itself. The b&b is even sweeter in person with fantastic grounds and a beautiful garden walk designed by the owners. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit salad presented for each guest before a hot food option, as well as a variety of other goods (I had a full fry and a fresh scone, all delightful!). The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We didn't realise we had not paid in advance and the host was incredibly understanding throughout. Our room was very clean, neat and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend the Lough Hyne b&b. There is also a self catering 3 person cottage on the grounds that can be hired during winter months, should we want another break in the new year!
Cons: Zero complaints
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this property is special from the hosts to the location, from the beautiful bedroom and lovely linen to one of the best breakfasts with homemade scones and jam. On its doorstep the amazing Lough Hyne that is definitely one of the jewels in West Corks crown and Baltimore a ten minute drive away.
Cons: There was nothing I did'nt like. Nothing. I have already recommended it to people and intend to go back this time next year to try the nighttime kayaking on Lough Hyne.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Welcome coffee and drink provided on arrival.
Cons: Bit of a trek with bags to the cottage from the car park. The choice is either to walk along the road which can be busy or down a number of steep steps.

Pros: The location, staff, evening meal and breakfast were fantastic . We were lucky to get great weather allowing us to sit out in the lovely beer garden and enjoy the views.

Pros: See above. Niall.
Cons: Everything was as always, excellent. The only issue, which is beyond their control is the short walk to the village. Council need to address the road to make it safe for everyone. Only about 100 yards. Need a foot path. Can of course drive down. That is the only issue that I have. You really are treated as family and made so welcome. Food is fantastic. Will be back soon. Niall.
