This boutique guesthouse ticks all the boxes. Located in the middle of Old Bangkok, you can easily reach all the main sights without problem. The place itself is incredibly stylish - every item has been carefully chosen! The room we stayed in was very quiet, comfortable and cosy. Excellent bed and shower, and cool wall paintings too. They even left us little gifts each day. The staff will assist you with whatever you need and are all very friendly and competent. Jason (the owner) took us on a free bike ride (including ice cream!) the night we arrived to give us a tour of the local neighbourhood. This was super helpful and informative. We cycled around the grand palace and other nearby areas, watching some Thai football at one point. The breakfast - amazing too! We would definitely return here. It was excellent.
Fantastic location if you want to be close to everything but not stuck in a characterless high rise hotel. Only 10 rooms maintains a charming personal service. Served breakfast by the original owners and listen to their stories. Recommend to anyone. I will be back in 4 weeks.
Great place, a little pearl in Bangkok. A nice boutique hotel for people who like something different. Great owners, very helpfull. Breakfast is served and very delicious! We had the bridal suite for our family, which has an outdoor bath tub.
No BTS station closeby, but very central location so no problem.
We loved this place! A beautiful and quaint hotel with a French cafe vibe. The staff was very helpful, from calling places on our behalf (to speak in Thai) to giving detailed recommendations. The breakfast was a great thing to wake up to every day. Bed was super comfortable and the room was overall very quiet, with the exception of an upstairs neighbor on night walking around in the middle of the night. Shower and bathroom were also quite nice.
While the location made for a quiet stay, it is definitely a trek to other parts of the city and even within major parts of the Old City itself. But, I suppose that is to be expected in such a large city. Right next to an awesome jazz bar, though! The room was also on the pricier end compared to many other hotels in Bangkok and Thailand, but the uniqueness of the hotel and attentiveness of the staff made it worth it.
Everything else! If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed!
Small stairs, but not much they can do about that!
