Pros. Luxurious, elegant, service, all exemplary. A truly beautiful hotel with a dedicated staff.
Pros. Staff were always helpful. There was no sense of the staff stinting on anything--amenities in the bathroom, tea and coffee. There was plenty of water.
Cons. The food in the hotel--not the Celadon--is extraordinarily expensive. I had dinner for two on Saturday and spent less than 3,000 Baht. But brunch on Sunday was 3,200 baht. Ouch.
Pros. Absolutely wonderful.. Staff, grounds, service .. A1 What a pleasure .. loved it
Pros. The service was great. Very friendly, which was welcome after being on the road in Thailand. The gym and spa were tops.
Pros. Swimming pool Global service Room
Cons. Italian restaurant
Pros. Quiet, classy property. Fantastic staff. Comfortable bed with great pillow selection. Great dining options. Nice gym and pool area.
Cons. nothing
Pros. Room was lovely, service was excellent, pool was large, gym was well appointed. The entire grounds of the hotel feel like an oasis in the busy city, with no sound getting past the long driveway in, and the rooms well designed to allow for privacy, quiet, and relaxation.
Cons. Every piece of equipment I tried in the gym had a problem with the headphone jack; I had to prop the headset halfway out with towels to get good sound.
