Pros: Warm and professional staff - always courteous and seeking ways to make your stay more enjoyable!
Pros: Nestled along the Colorado River. Beautiful Views. Abundance of activities for all ages. Pool, water slide and lazy river! Biking and horse back riding. Can't forget the Fabulous SPA!
Cons: Wish i had more time to do it all!
Pros: The food was not great, and very expensive. Other than that, the resort is awesome.
Pros: Beautiful location. Plenty of activities.
Cons: Overpriced. The wait staff ( with the exception of the golf staff) was slow and not engaging.
Pros: The accomodations, amenities, staff, and location were all outstanding.
Cons: We enjoyed Stories, but found the food at the other restaurants to be just average.
Pros: The staff was great. The location was great. The food was great. The rooms were great. The property was in a beautiful setting and the property is well cared for.

The resort offers riding, live music, 18-hole Arthur Hills golf course, luxurious spa, tennis courts, youth programs, waterpark that includes 1,000-foot Crooked River Pool, water slide, sandy beach and much more.
Pros: The room was large comfortable and updated. It had a very nice clean bathroom with a large shower. The breakfast was great both mornings.
Cons: Was disappointed when we went to use the hot tub at 9 pm and the pool area was filled with 10 screaming 12 year old girls who had wet towels everywhere. Nothing the hotel did wrong we were looking forward to relaxing and it wasn't possible. Was also a little surprised to not find a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
Pros: Front desk was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Close to stores and restaurants.
Cons: Front desk not helpful at all. Asked 3 days in advance for an early check in at 1 instead of 3. Called to verify at 12 and was told laundry was still in process and they didn't have 1 clean room. Then when we were able to check in later after our even the front desk was rude. Did not tell us anything. Not even about breakfast the next morning just slapped the room keys on counter.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good location.
Cons: The young lady at the front desk had an attitude.
Pros: The only thing good about this place is that it was quiet.
Cons: The managers at this facility were some of the rudest people. The female was so rude someone should have slapped her. NO ONE deserves to be treated that way. There family was all in the single table area for the breakfast area. No seating at all and did not get up for the customers. They will never have to worry about any of us staying there again!
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Pros: I was able to check in easily, in the parking lot and facilities were safe. The staff was easy to work with. My room was clean, cool and the furnishings were especially nice.
Pros: Hotel was in a great location and easy to get into and out of . The room was so nice and cool in the 100 degree weather. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly. Also had adequate parking.
Pros: Very nice breakfast.
Cons: The rooms had a horrible smell. Bathroom was dirty. Room needed to be painted.
Pros: Location and price make it ideal.fo business in Austin.
Cons: It has lost that family feel. Stay here 4 times a year and the last two times just seem things are going down

Pros: Location was right in the center of town. Very clean and updated.
Pros: Very nice staff. Very quiet location. Beds were comfy enough and mostly clean. No bugs. There is a restaurant on the property, but we didnt try it. You can park right outside your door.
Cons: The motel is dated. There were a few stains on the curtains & towels. There was a washcloth left in the shower. Some mildew stains on shower curtain.
Pros: For the price, I felt we got everything we needed. In general, the room was very clean.
Cons: The hand soap by the wash basin was useless, and sort of an insult. The soap in the tub area was nice. The vent of the air conditioner had lint in it on the side. A smaller brush was needed to remove the lint.
Cons: Wifi was free but no password given &office was closed when we got in later that night. No carafe in the coffee maker
Would recommend ONLY if you are aware that you must bring everything you need- blow dryer, iron etc. - don't rely on the place to accommodate you as a guest.
Pros: Night staff clerk was very helpful- room was clean.
Cons: Blow dryer didn't work- tried calling office to ask for another one and realized the phone was broken as well. No iron in room nor available at office for use either. Morning clerk very very rude when asked for these items.
Cons: The bathtub wouldn't drain. There were whiskers and hair left on the shower wall. The only reason we stayed was because when I booked the room, it was the only one left in town .
Pros: How big the bed was and the tv.
Cons: Not enough room in restroom area. There was bugs crawling all over the wall.
Pros: Location - The event I attended was near Elgin and this motel was closer than Austin motels.
Cons: Small Rooms
Cons: No mattress covers. The inside knob for the bathroom was missing, so you couldn't shut the door and get out unless someone opened it from the inside.

Cons: The shower head did not work properly because of the tub's spout that directed the water up to the shower head. Almost all the water was comming out of the tub's spout rather than the shower head.
Cons: LOCATION: Next to highway, too noisy. QUALITY: Pool unavailable, foul odor in room, coffee pot utterly dirty, tv channel option inadequate/repetitive programming, a/c temp setting options unfavorable. ROOM: Requested King/got Less! PRICE: Too much!!
Pros: Good size room. Microwave and refrigerator were adequate.
Cons: Did not realize how far from any amenities and work location. In room coffee could have been better.
Pros: I only stayed one day.
Cons: It was almost like 'joes apartment ' google it.
Pros: 3 beds
Pros: The owner was very friendly.
Cons: Don't plan on eating the continental breakfast!
Pros: Clean and easy process
Cons: Refrigerator where milk was stored had old dried food stains. Not enough continental breakfast selection. No breakfast tables/chairs to sit down and eat. Did have a large couch. Two recliner like chairs. Would recommend but not expect to have breakfast .
