KAYAK
Car was great (MG SUV). Only issue: got an SUV instead of a compact. Would really have preferred a compact, which is what I'd booked. Drop-off was seamless. Pick-up took a bit of time.

It took 1 Hrs for issuing car, They charged extra for fuel even though I filled fuel full and shown proof. They have not notified me those extra charges before deduction.
