It was like I was at home warm and comfy
Amazing decadent hotel , the staff were very excellent and treated us with the utmost respect ! Room service from the stadium restarting was fantastic and priced affordably as well as the drinks ! Would love to stay again!
Liked the fact that it is a casino hotel
Friday and Saturday rate was over $700 for a 5star room this room was awe full No bed skirts no mini frig And worst of all I’m spending my anniversary and there is no tub at all only shower This is not luxury when I booked for 2 persons There was only robes and towels for 1 called down to get adequate supplies was told It was $20 more per nite for the fridge and to get a tub/jacuzzi I would need to upgrade to the magnolia room at an additional $200 per night And it was not available When I booked I requested 2 dozen red roses arranged in a vase in the room with happy anniversary card I was told there would be no charge for this special request On Friday a representative from laburge called me and asked since it was my anniversary if I would like to have a room with a king bed instead of the 2 queens I told him great I would like to change because the king was less expensive than the 2 queens but when I booked the king room wasn’t available He then told me that he couldn’t change the price only the room and that the roses would be an additional $175 I told him no thanks and that the roses were supposed to be no charge He told me that he would have his supervisor call me back No one called
The hotel was very clean and the environment was excellent!! We had a great time and stay here and will be back.
Price was extremely high for a three star hotel
