Pros: Breakfast lacked. Seriously the ONLY warm food was sausage. It was horrible. Paid for a suite, should have gone across the street to another hotel for a reasonable accommodation for the price. Dirty room, didn't even get cleaned before 2nd night! It looked more like a cheap dirty efficientancy that was next to and oilfield then 350.00++ suite. We were part of a wedding didn't get the wedding discount. Beyond disappointing.

Pros: Good breakfast, quiet area, really liked the ability to buy snacks in the front. Additionally, the staff were very nice and the room was very large. Clean areas throughout the room and having the space to move around made the stay awesome.
Cons: The air conditioning for the room was very inadequate. Barely blowed most of the time. Sitting still was ok, but any movement and you would overheat. Additionally, the small things were missed. Not enough towels, no batteries in the remotes, etc. Small nuances, but go tired of having to continually go to the front desk.

When we came to check in at 2:10 we were told a room wouldn’t be available for another 45 min. So we had to leave and get ready in our car and came to check in after the event.

Pros: The breakfast was good. The fresh fruit & coffee; enjoyed the regular breakfast menu including cereal and milk. the location is ideal. All in all it was very good, well maintained (personnel) and most all clean.
Cons: One thing of concern was the workers who were laying carpet in the hallways. There wasn't any warning signage stipulating men at work, watch your step(s), etc. I was just concerned about everyone safety. However, the workers did watch and assist anyone while entering the hallways or areas in which they were working. The Front Desk Staff were helpful in asking them to be alert and to assist anyone entering the hallways.

Cons: Although we booked for 4 days, left after 1-day. Room and facility definitely needed updating which is what the manager told me they would be doing later this year. Initially had a problem identifying our room due to the room number on outside of door missing. Problems continued inside room with very obvious defects such as torn wallpaper and broken shower curtains, bugs in light fixture, torn pillows on sofa. The room itself was not the most cleanliest. I would definitely not be booking here again and will probably try to avoid Marriott altogether.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite which included a kitchen equipped with kitchen essentials, small dining area, and a living room area with a fireplace and TV. The bathrooms were in both rooms so we didn't have to share
Cons: When we entered the suite, it had an odor, but it was evident that it was freshly cleaned. Bathroom shower wasn't cleaned well (hair was in the tub). But those minor issues didn't outweigh the greatness of the suite.

Pros: I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Our television wouldn't work and the guy left the front desk and was there within a minute after I called to help us. A plug was loose behind it and it was working in seconds. Room was quiet and the a/c was cold. The location was convenient and close to ULM, Pecanland mall and lots of restaurants. I would stay again.
Cons: Beds are only double beds, too small for a couple. I was glad to have one to myself. Furniture was functional but worn. Room could have used a good cleaning. I would also like a do not disturb sign on my door, there wasn't one.

Cons: Even though she worked the overnight shift (I checked in after midnight), the front (1) desk person’s attitude, demeanor and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. One example; I should not have to announce myself and wait as she was on her personal phone.

Pros: The bed was so comfortable. I had some really good sleep when I got settled in. The water was nice and hot. I loved those little mini brownie things for breakfast because they were yummy.

Pros: This was one of the worst hotel I have stayed at. The shower was totally nasty, filthy, look as if they had painted the tub. Not only was the tub nasty but it also wouldn't drain the water. It was like taking a shower and a bath. The room wasn't fresh at all. The comfort set had an old odd smell not a fresh smell. The towels need to be replaced. This place needs a real serious renovation.

Cons: I've been annual guests for 9 years and the front desk lady is very pleasant, but these guys that work there at night acted like I was bothering them even before I actually booked the room. I called to see if the pool was open because I came once and it was being repaired. The guy kept me on hold for 15 minutes and came back annoyed from other guests that he was helping just to answer that question. I had a problem with the second guy on the first night of my stay: The air conditioning didn't function well. He apologized and brought us a box fan. I should have been offered another room, but when I called to complain again about the air he said it was too late for him to move. Also I had to report some creep filming us in the pool. He was not a guest; he said he just saw us having fun & decided to stop. Management did nothing. They did not roll back surveillance for his license plate or report the description of the person or his vehicle to police. The room phone was was broken so there was no wake up call; it caused us to be too late for breakfast before check out. It was the worst motel stay ever!
