8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was great!
4.3 Okay
Pros: Liked the lazy river
Cons: First, during checking in, the staff didn’t charge my card, so she called me in the room to come down and basically pay again. I wasn’t offered any comps or free play for my birthday. The casino was very dirty. We also waited 1 1/2 for the buffet that was just a little above average. We paid $400 for 1 room with 2 queen beds and a room that was MEH. The pay outs were terrible. Other people we knew and ran into at the casino lost as well. We went to go swimming and was pushed out within 15 minutes Bc of supposed “bad weather” coming. It was clear and 1 dark cloud in far distance. My sister paid $12 for an alcoholic beverage at the pool and had to leave. We just went home disappointed
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I did not eat breakfast here, The prices were just way too expensive.
Cons: The Staff was rude from the very start, and good luck speaking with a Manager, They do not enforce any pool rules and the so called pool attendant's, well what a joke. The smoking signs mean nothing the elevators barely work, and please don't touch their luggage carts without leaving your first born and your license OMG could they have been any ruder.
6.8 Good
Pros: The lady at front desk was very nice. Was very satisfied that you let us check in early
Cons: The room wasn't modern, bathroom was dusty and not as clean as I would expect. Pool area needs more security didn't notice any until someone complained about four boys jumping into pool and hot tub
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lazy river wish the jacuzzi water
Cons: Water looks dirty in the jacuzzi tub so we didn’t use it because it was no way we could think about getting in it very disappointed
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Reserved and booked a queen bed Didn't receive it. Told us we were given pool bracelets which we didn't receive. And that we would have to pay for them again.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Like the fact that its close to home for a little get a way and like the cafe
Cons: Dont lime that you have to walk through smokey area to get to elevators And the room we were in was just like any motel, it seems there are floors for the rich And floors for the common people, our room was clean but the bath tub was peeling and hall carpet had the same trash on the floor when we left as when we got there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: kid friendly.
Cons: T V remote didn’t work well. Check in was late by 1 hour due to the room not being ready.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The Friday/Saturday dinner buffet was AMAZING! All you can eat Lobster and Crab legs for $35...unless you sign up for their club then it’s only $32 per person! The pool area is really neat...they have a regular hotel sized pool, a hot tub, and a lazy river with an attached “swim up bar” to the poolside Bar. They also have private cabana/gazebo areas you can use! For those who love golf they have a course next door. The Casino was pretty cool and definitely updated compared to others we have been to...which is saying something since my husband and I have been to Vegas numerous times.
Cons: We found a dead bug on our bed, squished between the sheets...when we asked for someone to come change the sheets, while we went to run an errand, housekeeping just came in and left the clean sheets on the bed NEXT TO THE DEAD BUG (Yuck)! We also had dirty glasses in our room that we brought down to the front desk, when we notified them of the dead bug, so they could get housekeeping to swap them out for clean ones...well, they brought us less dirty glasses! They had greasy fingerprints on them...like housekeeping probably had lotion or some kind of cleaner on their hands when they put them in our room. We were so disgusted with the glasses that the errand we ran was to go by a case of bottled water. An let me just say it’s REALLY hard to make us that disgusted because my husband and I are both Veterans and we are use to not so accommodating places.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lazy river Bar at Lazy River Rooms were very clean A/C worked great. Restaurants were great
Cons: Everything was great. Bar at the lazy river was awesome. Everyone was very friendly!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff and hot water
Cons: Lobby full of smoke from casino. Had to sit in smoke filled grill or walk thru smoke filled casino to get to 2nd floor restaurants and non smoking casino area. Room not cleaned when we were out all day. No fridge or microwave. Tv remote bad and no fix.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The pool was nice and the room was okay.
Cons: They kept saying they would bring a crib to the room and it took 3 times asking for us to get it. Also, they couldn't find my reservation and it took about 20 minutes to check in

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. NO BUGS. Air Conditioners worked great. They have towels for your pets too. Stores and food and gas close by. I would stay again.
Cons: I didn't know they offered towels for your pets to dry off after walking them when it rained until we were checking out. WE didn't have enough towels. First night phone in that room phone didn't work. I requested a wake up call phone had no dial tone. Second night requested wake up call and Rhonda didn't set it up. No wake up call again. Need more ramps for wheelchairs and a few more of them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: No coffee pot but waffle house across the street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: No coffee pot
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very clean. No bugs. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioners worked very well. There were places to eat, get gas, and a Murphy's in front of walmart right down the street. Wendy's right next door. All of this worked very well for us.
Cons: Not enough towels. Didn't get the wake up call I needed. Phone didn't work. They didn't tell me until check out that they had towels for the pets. It rained and in order to dry them off I had to use the guest towels. Which I didn't want to do. The second night Rhonda didn't set up my wake up call either and the phone worked in this room. They need more ramps for people in wheelchairs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: I thought it was over priced. We ask for a ground level room because we had to leave early for a cruise, but she said all rooms were filled. That was a lie, next morning there was all kinds of vacant rooms. Very let down. Too many India owners.
7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very convenient Good price on the rooms
Cons: Really had no complaints about this place
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: No pool.
7.5 Good
Cons: No pool. No breakfast, but there's a Waffle House across the street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean
Cons: I have stayed in many hotel rooms and I guess I took for granted they all have fridges and microwaves. I was disappointed to find this one did not and it only had basic cable offering local stations. There was also a bug problem due to the algae. I understand it is beyond the control of the hotel staff. However, the bright lights by the doors attract the bugs and you can’t go in without them swarming the room. Perhaps changing the lights to an amber bulb would help. And offer bug spray to spray once they are in the room.

4.5 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable, it was quite, and the AC worked well.
Cons: Microwave was dirty, toilet didn't work properly, it actually overflowed the first night! Called the front desk and they brought some towels and a plunger! They expected us to plunge toilet ourself! We did not plung but ask for more towles to clean up water in the floor ourself. Told desk attendant we wanted another room tomorrow. In approximately 20 minutes manager knocked on the door. This was around 10:30pm. He plunged the toilet and said he found a fork stuck in it (had to be from last guest) but the handle on the toilet didn't work properly (he ask us to make sure we pull the handle back up after flushing) not a pleasurable experience!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's such a nice place. Could easily be a quality or comfort or better.
Cons: I think the only thing holding it back is a hot breakfast. It's got everything else, it would be nice to walk out to a egg and a waffle. I'd pay more for that.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Staff could barely speak English. The staff and the building stinks of body odor and curry. No elevator. Basic breakfast at most. The ac fan didn’t run continuous so you heard the fan and compressor operation throughout the night. Was warm in room. When the Ac turned off you could hear the fridge rattling. I had to get up and unplug it around 630 am the sun started coming thru the window around the small drapery.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything it needs lots of cleaning & renovation
1.0 Poor
Pros: The staff took care of us. Other than that we were disgusted by the room. For the price it was sub par. Really nasty. People sitting in the walkways drinking, a pool that was dirty, just horrible. If you've ever seen revenge of the nerds 2..............
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very peaceful.
Cons: The rooms needed a little more attention. The pool and ht tub need towels.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The staff was trying to be helpful but didn’t really have knowledge because they were new and there was no manager on duty. I don’t understand why would you leave new employees by their selves without knowing all the ropes of the business. They didn’t want to accommodate me I had to move rooms 3 times it’s not worth your money at all .
1.0 Poor
Pros: When we checked in, we checked out after viewing the rooms...The only best apart was the Office Personal Lady who was very kind and understanding she returned our money immediately.
Cons: The rooms were dirty and smelt like mold, room phone did not work and the AC didn't cool off.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool abd hot tub was great
Cons: The last night the toilet was not in proper working order
4.5 Okay
Pros: We liked the convenience and the indoor pool and hot tub.
Cons: The housekeeping was terrible. And I launched a complaint and still have not heard from management. I had to change my own sheets and pull my own garbage everyday. I had to take my sheet to the laundry room to get cleaned and once removal of the sheets I realized how stained the mattress was that we had been sleeping on this has been a disaster. They offered to move me to different room but that was an inconvenience since it was my last night and we were going to check out the next morning. Who knows how nasty those bed mattresses were. We also had a mildew like smell as soon as you entered the room and the Ac was blowing down on one bed which made the person sleeping there very cold. And our bathroom was never cleaned while we were there.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was nice to be able to accommodate my family of 6 all in the same room.
Cons: The pool and hot tub were not clean when we arrived. They worked on it, but it was cloudy for the duration of our stay. I couldn't bring myself to get in it. The hallway and common areas were neither clean nor well maintained. Everything was hot and steamy.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The pool
Cons: The fact I was over charged told someone would come to my room and fix it wear my card was over charged
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location as well as proximity to New Orleans
Cons: In unit 104 the carpet needs to be addressed. Torn or loose in the area between the bedroom and the bathroom.
5.0 Okay
Cons: that I left some stuff there my husband had left his phone and when I called they tried to say the phone wasn't there when he knows he left it on the table
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The atrium and pool area was very nice and relaxing. This place has great potential, but needs alot of work.
Cons: The rooms were very out dated. There are no phones in the room to call the front desk. You have to walk to the front desk. My room had to be changed within 20 minutes of getting there the ac didn't work. The entire last day we had no toilet in the room we were moved to. No one ever came to fix it. We had no garbage cans. No towels!. The walls were disgusting. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. In a no smoking room. I literally didn't want my child touching anything in the restroom. There are no condiments. We didn't even get our room serviced until second day there.
