Pros: good location, clean and comfortable.

Cons: It was little bit noisy as hotel locates near the railway. I guess they need to invest in better sound protection on windows.
Pros: Breakfast was good, hotel was close to train station and a decent walk to the Musiktheater Rex.
Cons: That the townsfolk didn't know where it was (I took the wrong exit from the train station and stumbled around town for an hour... when the hotel was about 5 minutes from the station!)
