Pros (+) Location was OK. All the facilities were there. On paper it was nice. The realities were not good. The reception was brusk. The phone was answered by someone who supplied facts, not help.
Cons (-) The place was cheap. The water did not get hot, and it took a long time to get warm. The drain in the sink was extremely slow. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic for glasses in the bathroom.
Pros (+) The pool and jacuzzi were brand new. The breakfast was better than the typical continental breakfast with the inclusion of biscuits and sausage gravy for those who would eat that sort of thing. In general, the room was clean and beautiful. Big walk-in shower and full sized refrigerator. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the ice cream vending machine.
Cons (-) We had to put tape over the blinking fire alarm green light because as soon as the room lights are out they are overwhelmingly bright. Felt like being in a disco, and not in a good way. Pros (+) Definitely a great deal.Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. And bonus...direct TV is in every room. It was very clean. We really loved this hotel and if we ever find ourselves in Bentonville again, we will definitely be returning here.
