The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was great. A great deal for the price, except for the bathroom situation.

There was mold in the bath tub and a huge patch of it on the ceiling in the shower.

Breakfast is great, price is great, and the beds are bomb. Rivals any luxury hotel like hamptons or hilton. Very good alternative if you're only staying a night or 2 and don't feel like paying too much

Quiet, clean room; comfortable bed. Night staff was especially personable and attentive to any possible needs we may have had.

Stairs to 2nd level were unkept, giving a less than favorable impression. The rest of the hotel was well cared for. Not the hotel's fault, but we met a somewhat aggressive dog in the corridor with an owner who seemed to give too much leash.

it was dark the room had dead bugs in it, the bathroom was small, the carpet was worn, the beds were awful and the pillows were flat and tiny

Front desk was horrible. I'm assuming the girl at the counter was a new hire. She spent the whole time on the phone bragging to her friend about the big discount she gets and how she's going to take advantage of it as soon as possible. I felt more like a disturance to her phone call than a paying customer. Maybe hire someone with manners and proper customer service etiquette. Last I checked personal phone calls weren't allowed at work... especially when you have customers patiently waiting.

Staff wasn't overly helpful. The mornings desk attendant spent most of her time outside smoking. We just left the key on the desk since she was busy smoking when we left.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. They had dog treats in the lobby, lots of well kept green spaces for your dog to go out to. Our pit bull/mix encountered housekeeping and desk clerks and they all were friendly and welcoming.

Service was excellent and staff very friendly. Great place to stay. Plan to revisit next year.

Check-in was very fast and simple. One of the very best 2.5 star hotels I've stayed in. No complaints.

first floor room was humid/musty, dingy, no decorations on the wall.... kind of eerie. Wished I had stayed across the street at the Comfort Inn for a cheaper rate. Didn't even get Hilton Honors points for this.

Shower enclosure was clean and spacious.

They did not provide newspapers in the lobby or to the rooms.

Have to pay for the wifi. Saw a bug in the middle of the night that scared me so I had to move all our luggage off the floor at 2 a.m.

The television in our room was located midway between the bed area and the living area, mounted to the wall. It was not adjustable at all to have a better angle to the bed. Wonder if all of the king rooms are set up this way?

The indoor pool and game area was great for my son...we played there most of our stay...they are cosmetic remodeling at the moment due to this is an older hotel...room was vey clean and new carpet and tile...I will definently be staying here again!
