Cons: The car I paid for was not there even though I got there later then was scheduled. They offered a free upgrade then took it back after they realized it was already reserved . I offered to go to another location to get the car I needed. They said that was up to me but that I would have to call the other location.

Overall good with effort
Pros: I tend to book economy cars because if driving long distances I wish to save money on gas. When I arrived they did not have my car available and did not offer the upgrade for free as most places do but then attempted to charge me full price even beyond my booking price. Like the price that you get when you walk in desperate. My wife made the booking and had to call Enterprise national to get this fixed. I was in a rush at rush hour so to speak and I couldn't deal with everything off the bat. We ended up getting the upgrade for free in a discount which was nice. But in the long run I paid a lot more for gas for a big car I didn't need.
Cons: The fact they didn't have my car available and didn't call me to say anything. They did call that morning though to confirm when I was on the way to the airport.

Pros: John at the counter was terrific.
Cons: I should have gotten a bigger car.....not your fault!
Cons: Dollar left me stranded without a vehicle. When I arrived at dollars counter, I was informed that they do not except debit cards. Unfortunately this is all I had with me and I had no other means of transportation. This was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation information from kayak.com. The agent at the counter told me that this was kayak.com's problem not a dollars issue.
