Pros. I liked the location of the Sixty because it was very close to my daughters apartment.
Cons. When we arrived late at night they told me my reservation had been cancelled even though I had called ahead and they told me everything was fine with the reservation. They luckily were able to accommodate us but was told the manager was doing us a favor and didn't want to send two girls out into the streets at that hour! Bathroom didn't look too clean and the drain wouldn't work. The staff was responsive in fixing it though.
Pros. The staff is very nice and the balcony in the room was a nice touch.
Cons. Very inflexible, no option for late checkout or even a cup of coffee on the roof... forget complmentary coffee The bathroom was pretty run down, there were stickers on the ceiling and they didn't even provide bodywash! There was only ONE waitress at the cocktail bar on the roof. It took forever to get a menu and then even more time to place my order. I had one drink and just said "forget it." I've stayed at their hotels in NYC in the past and was blown away by the amazing experience I had there, here I wasn't For the price, I can't say I'd stay at this location again.
Pros. Pool area / decor / location / staff
Cons. Bed/mattress
