Good service, small spaces
Service was great and easy. Tablet and iPhone app available to make requesting things a breeze.
Rooms are small. Elevator is slow. Stairsway potentially unsafe for older people and children, having narrow steep steps.
The hotel itself was very alluring. The dark theme made me feel at home. I like the fact it was a renovated apartment building. The finishes and fixtures were very modern. Great and friendly staff
The IPad room service needs to be modified. We tried to order breakfast, and after 45 mins of not receiving it, we went downstairs to find out where the order was, and they had only "now" put it in. They could have better coffee machines. I personally do not like drinking espresso in the morning over a cup of coffee.
Great staff, great food, great rooms. Very clean.
Nothing, great stay!
Great location, modern look, friendly and helpful staff.
Heating/cooling fan made noise, water leaked outside the shower.
