The Hotel staff are very helpful and accomodating
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quiet room, all facilities needed, good shower, excellent breakfast Nothing
The location is very good, right in the centre of the old town.
Very friendly staff, room was neat and clean. The hotell is in the middle of the old town, near the shopping areas. Breakfest was good (not included in the price though.) "Only" wlan and that also for payment.
The staff was very polite, the rooms were convenient and clean. We got excellent back value for our money.
valet parking nein
Excellent service from front office staff both before and during my stay. A great location right in the centre of the old town. The room I stayed in was comfortable, but the lighting wasn't great. Otherwise, an excellent stay.
The quietness was great and the staff were so friendly. I loved the car lift! though I felt it was pricey!
The coutesy of the staff on duty on Sunday, September 19 in the afternoon. The prices quoted upon arrival: parking 14euro, breakfast 12 euro, use of internet 12 euro turned our 110 euro hotel room into a 165euro expenditure. The value was not there. In 34 days in Germany, this was the most expensive loding for extra charges that we encounter in small towns, major cities and resort area. Despite the assurance in printed form of being able to arrange a late check out, I requested an extention from 11am to 12noon and was denied because the room was booked for the following night and it needed cleaning. I sat in the lobby and no one checked in to the hotel between 11am and 12:30 pm when leaving.
This was a very typical German Hotel decor wise which was very well looked after and blended in with the traditional culture of the city. On arrival the temperature was 100f.we were horrified to learn there was no air con.Even though the temperature had been extremely hot that week it was apparent nothing had been done to air the room.Although very nice the staff's knowledge of the city very poor.
Excelent breakfeast; the central station is less that 10 minutes walk. The noise from the street and trains.
Walking distance to the train depot, close to everything one needs to buy, restaurants, dept. stores, boutiques, travel agencies, churches, ect, busses, public transportation. no
This hotel is not advisable for business trips because it's located in the "red light" district. Not very representative if your business partners drop you off at the hotel.
shoping, spending time with relatives
The location and the staff, it was lovely and clean and nothing was too much trouble. The parking was good too so you didn't have to search for a space in the city.
Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Room & hotel precincts very clean. breakfast was a nice mix of fruit, bread, meats etc. Compared to similiar accomodation found at Travellodge etc I thought the room quite expensive.
Comfort The internet was not free.
the staffs are very friendly and would like to help. the location is just perfect downtown and very close to train station.
WLAN No WLAN in the room.
Good srcure underground parking lack of drawers & shelves
the location in the center of Bielefeld the train on the street at night
I am hard pressed to find anything good about this place. The telephones didnt work, one of the two lifts didnt work, it is right beside the tram line which starts at about 5 30 am and is very loud, the staff are typically rude, the breakfast was unpleasant. For 115 euros for a double room I would have expected more from a hotel.
everything above no nice bar
car park underneath
The hotel was great, however some of the facilities should be inclusive such as breakfast. paying separately for breakfast
Easy to park car, breakfest should bi in the price.
Location, friendly and helpful staff, good quality rooms.
I liked the convienence of being in the centre of the city with good access from the motorway. I was unimpressed with being sent to a room that had not been cleaned but after a trip back down to reception a new room was found and this was much better.
Well designed and well equipped for my purposes; several days visiting a relative in Bielefeld. Excellent proximity to transport infrastructure. No
The room seemed quite bare with only one chair and one picture on the walls.
convenient to Gerry Weber complex
Excellent location and good-sized, well furnished rooms. Helpful staff. Hotel breakfast with € 16 rather pricey. Good choice, though.
For me the Hotel is excellently located at the edge of a pedestrian area in the old town and has a (public) parking lot at its disposal. Free internet access in the lobby as in all accor hotels I know is always an asset. Breakfast was not tested. The a bit too striking placement of some minbar articles outside the actual minibar that seduced a Dutch colleague to believe that peanuts were free of charge. Maybe partly his fault.
Good position for town and shopping. Room just a bit dated.
location excellent staff very helpful would have liked facilities to make tea in the bedroom
The quality of the hotel and the breakfast No, just what is mentioned above
The hotel is exactly the way you see it on the pictures and in the description. It is nicely located in the older part of downtown Bielefeld. The rooms are very simply furnished. You get everything you'll need, but nothing in addition.
Very clean and comfort hotel I have used to have breakfast including in the reasonable hotel price. This time it was not the case and the separate breakfast was too expensive.
Great city location, nice staff
Location in the city.
