Very convenient location! Cute rooms with a nice view of the marina. Would stay again
We could hear the people upstairs a lot, not ideal.
Rooms are good specially those with full kitchen
No beach, swimming pool is small
Definitely no a four start hotel
The location is excellent, nice head board and decorations.
The pictures show a very cozy and well taken care hotel. We got a room with a loosed, old and dirty carpet. The phone wasn't working and the maintaines person at night wasn't able to fix our issue with our phone. Instead he told I could just walk to the lobby if I needed anything. No way a four star hotel would be giving you that type of answers. The main reason why we wanted to stay there was because of the view, but we had a much better experience at the Frontier cabins where we stayed last time.
The view of the lake from the room was AWESOME. The BBQ's (but not enough and location could of been better). The Jacuzzi was nice but could of been a bit warmer.
House keeping was kinda of lackadaisical. And the mattress was horribly uncomfortable.
Close to the mountain
Comfortable and close to the mountain for skiing. They did have a hot tub, which would have been nice after skiing, but the snow basically made it inaccessible.
It was very clean, cozy and the view was amazing!
Don't ever take room 214...next to linen room...wake up call at 5am and so much noise you can't go back to sleep.
Easy to find. Volleyball net available. Patio furniture included.
Furniture bulky. Felt cramped although there was enough room. Old fashioned heater. Volleyballs all needed air. Jacuzzi was dirty.
It was really nice
The view and the coziness, loved the fire place.
The bathroom was too small and there was no microwave.
Location and view
No restaurant/ bar or laundry
Excellent Location w Some Maint Needs
Pro: Perfect location, great views, fun sledding right on-site, comfortable beds, nice gas fire place, mini fridge.
Con: Holes in wall, interior/finish show age, ripped towels, jacuzzi needed cleaning (a ton of sand/dirt), shower was like 4" off the tub...
Some rooms are horrible
Good location. Eventually got a semi-decent room.
First room we were given was absolutely disgusting. No molding between carpets and wall. Filthy floor. Walls looked dirty. The excuse was that it "hadn't been renovated yet". It was a disaster. They moved us to another room downstairs which was better (not great), but we had to settle for two queen beds instead of the one king we booked. Staff lacks a customer service orientation. Not rude, but not friendly either. They gave the horrible room to someone else straight away. We will probably not return, even though the location is very good.
