Pros (+) For the most part - the hotel was great and the staff was super friendly.
Cons (-) There were a couple of issues in the room. When I tried to discuss them w/ the front desk they were very rude. They totally dismissed my concerns. All they kept saying was they were going to get me a gift certificate, to shut me up. It wasn’t the point. I just wanted to be acknowledged and have the room fixed for the next hardworking family.
