All good. Lovely service, wonderful breakfast. Best bit was, we were hungry when we got back to the hotel late that night and they made us hot soup and a sandwich!!
I booked a double room online, when we got there we had a twin room. Would have been good if it said on the website to ring and request a double room if required.

Great location, large room comfortable and clean. Room had a large wet patch near the bathroom, but staff moved me straightaway.
Booked a double room but tried to allocate me to a twin, said double not available. Tried to then move me to a superior room at another hotel, requested refund and cancellation, found a double room for me. Staff seemed cold.

PoorNov 20102.0
Nothing.
They double booked my room so transferred me to the Ibis Bordesley. I asked for 2 complimentary breakfasts as compensation for the inconvenience and also asked for them to pay for a taxi to the city centre (I had made the booking as I was going to a concert at the NIA) as a gesture of goodwill which they told me was fine. When the taxi turned up the driver didn't know anything about it so I ended up paying for it anyway. I was told on check in that breakfast was until noon and when I went to have breakfast the next day at 10.30 was told it had finished but I could help myself to stale bread, congealed scrambled egg and manky baked beans. Thank god I didn't pay £7 for it.

Location was very good for shops etc. I really liked the chalet style rooms, especially the complimentary tea and coffee.
The only down side is haveing to walk up the hill when ones has had too much to drink.
