Pros (+) The doorman was the man, the bed was crazy comfortable w/ great sheets and room service was tasty.
Cons (-) I felt like bc we booked on kayak for $150 instead of the standard $180 they put us in a shitty room w/ a window blocked by a huge AC -- Not trying to sound fussy but it was a Monday night we booked the room 2 hours before arriving at 7pm, the hotel definitely was not filled, so why give us the corner handicapped room on the 3rd floor without any light coming through it ya know?
