The bar stayed open late Staff rude. Beds small and not comfortable.

it was absolutely fine, very tired on arrival and it was satisfactory without any leaving any particular impressions but no problems either

Good sized room Shower tuck time to workout, breckfast buffet was served to you.

Impressive main building, with a bit of history. Staff excellent. Quite a walk to some rooms which are far away from reception / main building.

Requested and got a quiet room. Restaurant food poor, wouldn't eat-in again. Bathroom door would not close, extract fan not working, one down lighter not working in bathroom.

Friendly staff and very convenient for the party I was attending. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment of the food. Nothing fancy, but what you expect from a Premier Inn The room was a little cold on arrival, but there was a heater that could be s witched on and probably better than than those hotels where you stifle! Bed a little firm for my liking.

'Camp bed' for my son, he is 10, was horrible. He was awake most of the night and therefore kept us awake too. The mattress was hard and lumpy and it was right up against the radiator. He caught his toe on the radiator and was moaning about it for hours.

Lovely room and facilities. Plenty of room & closet/drawer space. Slow check, could have been a warmer welcome.

Cheap and cheerful and breakfast in the price as a bargain. Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were good, breakfast was good. For the price you know you're not going to get The Ritz but it was perfect for my needs. Well the breakfast room opened 3 minutes late (!) but that is a very minor quible.

Very little Room had a strong smell of urine in it

Clean and tidy Both shared facilities had showers of inadequate operation.one you had to hold in the start button laving only one hand free and the other the shower head would stay aloft due to broken fixture

Good value, convenient location, quiet, comfortable. Rather dim lighting in bathroom.

The wood panelled dining room and the log fires in the lounge. Only having a velux window in the bedrooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed - lots of storage space.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was excellent and the hotel itself was of a good standard. Our room number 25, the shower screen was stuck because of the rubber seal being faulty. The bar prices were very pricey.

friendly staff friendly, helpful staff. We had a familiy room ok for one night , however it was too small if we had intended staying longer. would definately go for bigger room next time.

Nothing. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met.

It's clean. Beware this hotel does not do evening meals & you are not allowed to take food into the hotel so the only choice you have is to eat out or eat food in your car...the car park is small & found the staff short of a personality & very unaccommodating. I would not class this as a hotel, this is merely a b&b at hotel prices!

Breakfast was lovely and the bed was very comfy Room was a bit cramped and very hot The shower was useless, decoration needs updating and stained ceiling tiles need replacing

Facilities are fine, its clean and relatively cheap. Service was most unfriendly

The room was excellent and the duty manager very helpful a curfew of 11.00pm we couldn't believe that!!

The room was large and the decor was oof a high standard The service was really slow, from the wedding breakfast to the bar. Service at breakfast wasn't any better and waiting for somebody to check us out the following morning was the worst.
