We got a room for my boyfriend and I for only $100 a night which was nice. It was clean, private, and felt safe. The staff was great with the exception of one employee. She was a woman in her mid to late 20's and was not very professional. While the other employees were very welcoming she used inappropriate language (F word) and said she couldn't deal with people 'hovering over her shoulder' because the one employee was greeting us from behind her. She didn't seem like she could handle checking one person into a room with two other employees around her. She seemed as if she belongs at a Burger King and not a hotel lobby. The room was great, except for some reason there was a very strong smell that smelled like a hamster cage. Not pleasant. But the room seemed clean, perhaps it was the paint?
Good Price Nice Staff-tried to be helpful Warm Pool Breakfast was acceptable Room seemed pretty clean Nice big flat TV, but limited remote function WiFi was not good Beds were mushy and sheets didn't stay on.
The room and bathroom were clean. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Decent offerings for breakfast.
Spacious suite, comfy bed, moderately clean, continuous hot water, comfy couch, extra linens. Very nice weekend getaway. Thin walls, could hear next door occupants. Adjoining door to suites, can hear every conversation on the other side. Yellow stained ring around the tub.
My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the cabins and it was very nice. We didn't want to do anything except relax and so the cabin was perfect for us. The resort itself has a lot of activities as well and there is something for everyone to do. There was no wifi in the cabins but I was able to turn my phone into a wifi hotspot so it wasn't a big deal.
The room was nice Worst service we ever experienced. Terrible terrible exoerience!!!!
Split rock grill was good and location to slopes. Our room had lots of damage in it including holes in the door, the tub wouldn't drain, and the water was like warm. The staff was friendly but inexperienced and didn't offer any compensation for our inconveince, including not refunding our $45 resort fee that we had to pay which was in addition to what we already paid online. if I stayed in the area again I'd probably try a different hotel.
The Willowbrook suite is nice but not worth the money. When we tried to check in they didn't have any of my info or room keys. They told me to go to the room & wait for security to open the door. 2 hours later I stood in line again and finally got the rooms keys. Which made me miss my 6pm reservation for valentine's dinner. After that my room keys were deactivated. Had to wait in line again. Upon leaving the roads were bad because they didn't plow or treat the roads. I wound up sliding around a corner and hitting another car. 2nd year in a row they didn't treat the roads and it caused problems. When I tried to get a hold of the manager. She had me wait 2 more hours. All that to find out they won't cover any car damage or compensate me for my stay. I will never go there again. I should of known better from the horrible stay last year.
The water park. Arrived at 12 for early check in. Did not receive my room till 430 with no care or regard. Totally under staffed and the worker told me so. How that's my problem I'm not sure. I paid $500 dollars for a room for 12 hours or less comes with nothing included total robbery. I get back to the room at 2am with my wife wanna use the jacuzzi tub surprise doesn't work GREAT ending to a horrible day. I tell the staff in the morning basically not a care in the world not even a sorry. I wasn't looking for anything back that's not my style. Total disaster last question is check out is 11am why do they need 5 hours to clean a room and I couldn't get late check out. Don't go spend your money somewhere else I bust my butt for mine
The lake view The cottage was small, old, outdated, smelled horrible, and disgusting. Front desk was not friendly and unprofessional. Avoid if possible. Stay anywhere else but here. Will never be returning
Very outdated. Carpet on the walls in our room was strange. It seemed like we were the only ones there and it was very eerie. Renovations were being made and many parts of the hotel were closed off.
My husband and son had good things to say about the golf course. Outdoor pool was fine. Rude front desk staff person "greeted" us upon our arrival for 4:00 check in, but our room was not ready until 6:00 pm. No explanation or additional accommodation was offered. Room was worn, but adequate. Toilet didn't work well, 3 towels for a 4 person room and no extra toilet paper. We had to search for housekeeping, who didn't clean our room on our second day. We were happy to check out the following day. We won't be returning. Bottom line, if you get this room very cheap, be prepared to get what you paid for. Don't overpay, it's not worth it.
Outside of resort was beautiful until you stepped inside, out dated, smelly and set up weird Everything inside ,
location was great...close to big boulder and area restaurants. Size of room, cleanliness, noise from rooms next door, no one at the office at check-in/check-out...not worth $---- per night!!
Stayed at Lake Harmony Inn in late August. It is ideally located close to Hickory Run State Park and Camelback waterpark and right next to Piggy's famous breakfast place. It is the perfect home base. The kids loved the stand up paddle boards.
The location, view, and service. The room is a little small. But the view makes up for it.
Comfortable room in a very quiet setting Lakeside location a plus! Local restaurants were highly overpriced for unremarkable food! Pin this on the location of the hotel only, not anything specific to the hotel!
To much to detail.
The service in the bar was terrible.
It is close to the water. We havea 5 year old girl. We booked two queen beds room the guy was giving us room on smoking side. We settled for one king with roll away bed. Guess what, no roll away bed, no fridge, no microwave. Breakfast: no regular milk and lady had bad attitude....
They had a nice pool and the room included breakfast. They need to put more staff on duty, as they didn't have enough to handle breakfast during busy hours. Also, no one made sure to remove used towels from pool area.
Good proximity to the Hickory Run State Park (3 miles); it is far enough from any noisy road, and its cleanliness at arrival. There was not a daily care of the room trash and beds while we stayed (two nights), but there was an envelope for tips. Definitely, I did NOT LIKE the fact that I HAD to write and leave in, the complete information of my credit card among strangers.
Staff very nice .bed so comfy and fresh sheets If they can vacuum the room .carpet is so dirty .overall with the price and free breakfast it's reasonable .
The staff was very good The property itself was not very well maintained.
Nothing Chaotic management, dirty bedding
The pool and area was cold so we couldn't go swimming and the pool had green stuff on the bottom.
Location was great.... Very close to Jack Frost Mountain No heat in common areas, colder inside than outside Free breakfast was a joke, don't count on that Tub had hair in it Sheets had a old smell,'like when the sit in the closet to long', so I sneezed all night
the price I didn't like that the pool was green and the promoted restaurant bar was closed.

The room was obviously updated recently and everything was very clean. The staff was very polite and even gave us suggestions of where to eat. The beds weren't the best. They were comfortable enough but weren't my favorite. The showers water pressure was okay but the water did at least get hot. Also, there was a draft coming under the front door and we had to stick a blanket in front of it.
Staff was great The mattresses weren't 100% but good for the price.
