Pros (+) This hotel was so close to the airport and made it convenient for our early international flight. The staff also averted a near disaster after my wife left her passport in a taxi. They literally came to the airport and tracked us down as we were searching frantically for it. The staff was amazing and we’d recommend this place to anyone.
Cons (-) The shuttle only leaves at the top of the hour.

Pros (+) Excellent friendly service from first interaction with baggage porter and shuttle bus driver then with other staff. They not only provided a baby crib but also a baby bathtub! Modern interior design room, good internet, clean, good breakfast buffet. Very close to the airport.
Cons (-) Long wait for airport shuttle bus to pick us up.

Pros (+) They had some "grab to go" breakfast options for travelers leaving early, which was very nice. Room was great!
Cons (-) Check out was tedious. Tax was not pre-paid with original purchase, Took a long time to check mini bar purchases. Shuttle does not run frequently enough and ends at midnight. As a result of infrequent shuttles, there are mass groups checking in and out together ( not to mention long waits at the airport).

Cons (-) Best be prepared to take a taxi (US $7) to the hotel. The shuttle only runs once per hour, which is not much considering it is a 2 minute drive to the airport. Other nearby hotels go every 15 minutes or so. The website says the service goes until 1 AM, the lady on the phone at the hotel I spoke to says it runs 24 hours, in reality it ends around midnight.
