Pros. The hotel is clean and convenient do to its location, breakfast is good, the only good service that I got was from Carolina at breakfast, excellent service, dedicated person, also the shuttle drivers to and from the airport.
Cons. The front desk service just plain sucks, they don’t care and all they do is run some sort of side business trying to get more money out of customers to take their taxis and extra services that they offer. I asked them questions via the bonboy app, and at the beginning they answered right away, when I asked about the transport from airport to hotel, they answered me 4 hours later when I was already at the hotel, gladly someone from another hotel told me to wait that the bus comes every 30 minutes. Also when I reversed and did check in I advised that I was a late check out, when arrived at the hotel I told them that I was late check out, when I left in the morning I told them again that my check out was late, when I came back to the hotel I asked them to re-key my card because I was a late check out, at 12 noon I got a phone call asking that if I was ready to leave, I don’t know what kind of game are they playing. Also they are not friendly at all, not even a well ame or a thank you for staying with us, not friendly at all the front desk team, they think they are God’s gift to earth.
Pros. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. It was Father's Day so I was not sure if the menu was any different for that particular breakfast, but very good food. The area is quiet and the hotel was very close to the airport so I had no need to rush in the morning to catch my flight.
