Pros (+) it was under 10 min from the airport by taxi. Hotel also has an airport shuttle that comes every 20 min. They also quickly reassigned my room and upgraded me after it happened.
Cons (-) They assigned me a room that was either already in use or wasn't cleaned, so they upgraded me to a room with a hot tub. At first I understood mistakes happen and wasn't upset. When I went to use the hot tub in the second room and turn it on, the water turned a brownish green from the pressure system. I tried refilling the tub several times to the same effect.
